Hey Nash, do you like this idiot yet?.. Whats the consensus now on him in Phoenix..

Here is the latest from the unloyal prick..

Shaquille O'Neal suffered through a hip injury that eventually caused him to sit out several Miami Heat games, including the last seven before he was traded to the Phoenix Suns. Since making what appears to be a miraculous recovery with the Suns, O'Neal has credited Phoenix's training staff for the innovative methods that have allowed him to get in proper condition.

'When I came out here, these guys just said, `We can fix you up. We're going to make you feel like you're 20,' '' O'Neal said. ``And they do stuff I've never seen before. No shots, no [electric stimulation], no ice. All they do is just touch you and work on the stuff.''

Although that might be true, the fact is the Heat spent exhaustive resources trying to help O'Neal. The team invested in an expensive blood circulation machine that he barely used, a high-altitude training room — and considered installing another one in his home — and Alter-G treadmills that lessen the burden on the lower body while running. The Heat also hired two of the more reputable physical trainers in South Florida to work with O'Neal. The staff attempted to convince O'Neal to try methods now being used by the Suns' trainers, but he was hardly cooperative.

9 points in the 4th for Pho today.. LMAO!!

that was f'n disgusting to watch...

Bodie, about the Shaq question. I definitely think he makes them more suited for playoff contention. It's clear that the Sun's just were not getting over the hump with Marion in there....though they were very FUN to watch, I as a fan am over the "fun" phase and I want a championship. I don't care if they become slow like SA, as long as they get ^^^^ done in the playoffs it's all worth it to me.

It is truly sad to watch Steve Nash, penetrate, drive across the lane, keep looking at Oneal, waiting for him to make some move, and then have to give up taking the ball back out and going to somebody else. The word SLUG comes to mind.

Its the middle of the tightest playoff race in history.. Kobe is playing on a completely torn ligament in his shooting hand to try and claw his teams way to the top.. All the while Shaq decides to sit out tonights game so he can rest.

Too bad the Lakers lost anyway.:lol:lol:lol

Frusterating game.. There goes our chance at the top 2.. Oh well..

We havn't won in Prtland in 3 years.. They have our number up there..:(

Seriously. For some reason Portland plays them tough. Kind of like when the Spurs play the Bucks. They barely escaped with a win there this year.

I'm not sure who to pull for or against tonight.. I guess since I hate Shaq so much I'll pull for a Pho loss.. But is he playing or nursing his poor little boo boo again..

Go Spurs.:lol:lol:lol

I miss having Thomas in our lineup.

Yeah, old crazy eyes Thomas pissed me off so much last year. He knocked down every open jumper against the Spurs last year. He better do that for the Spurs in the playoffs this year.
