Death penalty for rapists?

I'm okay with castration, or just getting rid of them. Especially if a child is involved. In my book, the worst crime starts with murder, followed closely by rape.

However, some people use the word "rape" too loosely these days and some women throw it out there to get rich off of athletes, actors, etc, so "innocent till proven guilty." Also should be degrees of rape. A 17 year old can be charged with "rape" for having sex with a 16 year old girl if the father finds out and is pissed off enough.

I was watchign one of those prison lockdown shows and they were talking to a child rapist and he said the other inmates would slide knives under his door basiclly telling him to kill himself... sounds good to me.

I think statutory rape is a complete different thing, and most times, i think those people do too much time in jail. Can you believe that a person having conceptual sex with a person of similar age can go to jail longer than a person that sets dogs and cats on fire until they die or worse.


I cant remember one case though, where a athlete falsely accused of rape, actually was convicted of it. It takes a lot of evidence to convict someone of rape, but i wander what happens to these women that falsely accuse someone

there should not be a death penalty for rape, it should be the torture penalty, where the rapist, piece of ^^^^^ bastard, is tortured/raped/tortured some more until he dies after years or decades of torture and pain.

We have all heard the stories of how bad it is for sex offenders and rapists in prison but I have 2 students that are corrections officers and sadly they have informed me that this simply isn't true. Rapists don't get targeted like they should be, and in fact are given extra protection by the guards as per the law. When you hear about how inmates get treated and all of the rules CO's have to follow when dealing with criminals it is truly discouraging. For the average person, prison seems like hell, but to the criminal, its not so bad, some even thrive in it.
I am all for the death penalty for rape of children that was clearly defined. I am all for the death penalty in rape cases where the evidence is overwhelming, and the sentence should be more severe.
I am however reluctant to give the state more power, but vigilantism

i remember that ^^^^..........i could see myself doing that if i had power like he did Could you imagine though, in this day and age,if all thieves had their hands or fingers cut off or losing your private parts for sex crimes . The smaller stuff, I dont really pay much attention to, its ruining peoples lives that is a problem.

People just dont care, and like what was said earlier, a lot of these sickos dont care if they go to jail, its not a big deal to them, this country being known as a "free country" seems to let people believe they can do anything without major consequences. If your an athlete, you can get a DUI and kill somebody at the same time, and do only a month in jail. Thngs like this is one of the biggest reasons I dont like this country.........you arent safe ANYWHERE

Removal of the genitals.. That'll almost eliminate the urge to rape.
If that doesn't work, cut off the nerves around the genital area so that the sickos don't feel anything down there.
