Thats great to hear man, those DLC packs will unlock many cool features for you now plus you can do strikes and Raids. The new House of Wolves DLC has some really fun missions that I enjoyed the most so far.

I got a message yesterday along the lines of "a pack of wolves is prowling" or similar. I was taking down Fallen as part of a bounty, and there were two Fallen Captains standing atop a hill. I ran to them to take them down and one shot from their weapons destroyed me. I eventually managed to take one down before they all just disappeared(I assume it's a time trial of sorts). It left behind a "Scorch Cannon" which looked cool, but i immediately fell off the map when i picked it up. Like holding it was forbidden, lol.
I'll steer clear of them in the future.
I have played a couple of games with other people online(Mainly the levels i wasn't able to play before in cosmodrome/moon/venus/mars, but i am not sure what else i am missing having come to this at the time when *everything* is available.
I know the game doesn't really set any boundaries, but it would be nice to know the rough order in which to do things.
I'm lucky i have my xbox in my office at work, lol.

I have finally levelled my Hunter to 20.
Mainly due to the fact i left Hunter for last, i simultaneously have enjoyed it the least, but also employed all that i had learned from playing it through with Titan and Warlock classes, so that while(For Titan *and* Warlock), i completed the campaign without doing any bounties or missions and was about level 16 when tackling the final mission, as a Hunter, i have been coupling the campaign with bounties and patrols. The net result is that i have hit level twenty and still have three missions on Mars left to go.
I also managed to snag some of that blue *light* armour as a hunter that i never saw hide nor hare of(Possibly for the aforementioned reason of completing the campaign before light was an issue).
I also have gone bananas and paid for a gold live membership and got the expansion packs.
This game is *really* good...

I'm not even going to try. The idea of spending 5 hours trying to kill one boss sounds like hell. I will stick to level 28 I think!

I have been firing it up and getting a few bounties in. I try and get several at the same time. Like: Kill 100 enemies with headshots, kill 100 enemies without dying, melee attack 30 enemies without dying, earn 9000XP points without dying, collect 200(Insert useless junk here) on the moon/venus/cosmodrome/mars, etc.
I seldom see anyone else around to help out when i am playing, lol.

I went down into the bowels of the one of the rusting hulks out on the shoreline today, exploring(I don't recall ever realising there WERE steps down below), and found what appeared to be a boss down there(I forget it's name), and it took 8 rockets(All pretty useless), 5 clips of the gun that fires electricity(The one that vaporises enemies and looks like a cordless drill), 4 orbs of light, maybe five grenades and about 500 rounds of scout rifle ammo to kill.
And when i HAD killed it(Took about 15 full minutes of solid work), all that was down there was a dormant computer terminal that must come into play during a mission(Which i wasn't playing at the time).
So i wasted that time and ammo for nothing, lol.

Only way I was able to defeat Qodron was by Blasting him with Gallys. We took him down in 35s. We tried the legit/normal way and I could not stop cussing at the stupid game.

I ended up using my Primal Light on my Found Verdict thinking it would be best to have not knowing that Poe 32-34 bosses change every week. I should of used my primal on a piece of gear

Well i managed to get some uprated gear and surpassed level 20. I played the newly opened level on the moon(With some giant creature chained up), and as i was the one firing when the thing crumbled into dust, i got a new purple weapon. Some exotic looking shotgun(Kind of a blunderbuss if i am honest!) that i am guessing is something far above my rank as is. It does help me take down some majorly powerful foes, lol. It is called a Judgement VI and is rated at 331 attack.
As a level 21, i went down and played the fist of crota level in the cosmodrome, which was rated as level 24. It only took two shottie blasts to take the thing down, although i did have to try three times to get close enough. I was rewarded with another decent weapon from that level(Nakara SR5 with 224 Attack). I know these will be peashooters compared to what you guys are slinging, but i am loving them.

Yeah we tried ghorning qodron but only had two and a hunger. didnt work lol

And username, light level (stat seen on gear as light +36 currently) is how you level up after level 20, purple pieces of gear (all 4) will get you to level 32 now

We took quadron down normally but it took us about an hour. That was nothing compared to the four hours it took us Friday night to beat Skolas. Worth it but tough. We ended up doing the snipe head shot strat.

Haven't done trials yet, I only need some 42 light boots to get to level 34---hopefully they have some available from Prison of Elders when things reset on Tuesday.

Just did ten straight replays of the rancor(Or whatever it's called) on the moon.
On the final playthrough, i got a helmet with light, so i am up to 24 on my warlock now.

I decided to do my last vanguard bounty of the day last night. It was the mission where the shard of the traveller is being used to rob the traveller of its light and the mission goal was to destroy the last ogre with the heroic modifier active.
Even though I am a lowly 24, my weapons were easily up to the task, but the major surprise was that during one of the incoming waves of Thralls and Knights, I tossed a grenade into the mix and it lowered the energy of the Knights. I then took them all out with single head shots from my Naraka SR5 and got a purple loot drop from the last one.
It contained an engram for legendary gauntlets and after visiting the cryptarch, I was promoted from a low level 24 to a high level 26.
Really glad I tried that bounty!!!!
