I said no, as i think ultimately X-men in general needs a reboot.

Yeah. I really wish I liked it. No, I do. Everytime I see the trailers, Im like "Wow...that looks COOL!"

But eh...I just couldnt like it. Deadpool or not, I thought it was just...blah.

you dont even know about the characters and you're basing your opinon on them not doing the characters correctly. :lol

I would have to say no but less to do with the film content itself and more than it was too rushed and felt more like a TV movie in terms of storytelling than anything else. The characters and the actor portrayals were enjoyable but the effects and storytelling tip the scales.

Throughly enjoyed it for what it was. I was expecting to see explosions, claws, ludicrous powers, and mutants fighting in all out brawls. I got that. And I got Victor Creed. I was sated. I will say that, much like Watchmen, my favorite part was the opening montage during the credits. it was very cool to see Wolverine and Victor fighting through war together over the course of their lives and really helped you get a feel for what each of the men valued and represented. Very much enjoyed it; that and the Weapon X scenes were great. Personally I would have liked to have seen more of Wolverine's time at Weapon X rather than when he got jaded at the tail-end of it and refused to kill civilians. I guess they have to keep the protagonist likable in theory, so the mass slaughter of people wholesale in each mission may have off-put people... but then it did work when the berserker rage came out in X2. The Wolverine/Victor relationship was a nice aspect of the film. A good time.

(For Badmoon)-- It was a good popcorn movie.:naughty

And, I voted no because I equate liking a movie to really would I be willing to watch it again (and again and again..etc..)-- and I can honestly say that this movie will not go into my collection and I highly doubt I'll do more than pause when it's finally shown on the dish.

The good parts were outweighed by the horrific.

Wolverine from the movie....he's a character, thats who I am basing my critisim on.

I dont even care about Deadpool....(whom since XMO i've read over 100 DP comics...)

Just saw this. From a person who doesn't know (or care) squat about what's in the comics and only knows Wolverine and the other mutants from the other movies......I liked it. I liked it a lot. Liev Schreiber was very good and Jackman -- as good as in the other movies. I don't understand why some didn't find the Logan/Victor relationship believable. I guess I'm not reading enough into any of it. In fact, I liked this better than Watchman. No expectations going in (it IS an action fantasy after all); much preferred this -- no pretentions or attempt at being anything else than it was.

:duh

The world is lost.

Just because you didn't like it, doesn't mean the world is lost because some people liked it. You are a friend, Carl... but you and the critics of the world are not the "End all be all" of cinema fans. :lol

Nobody is saying it's The Godfather or anything, but it was a decent flick. That's not so much of a stretch man.

That other people don't hate the movie is not why the world is lost.
