Now that inside look got me way more excited, just hope Sideshow aren't pulling a fast one and setting me up for some huge disapointment.

But the multi references to the animated features, and more then once showing stills of Jessica Rabbit, Malificant and THE BEAST means my next few years of PF purchases are all taken care of.

I doubt it would be that much. Captain Jack will be a banner piece in the line, I can easily see it going for $400 thou.

Still, compared to $1,800 for CM, I'd buy it. As long as the likeness is there and paint doesn't screw it up...

This opens up so many possibilities that it's not even funny.

This could be another one of those benchmark licenses (like Lord of the Rings and then Star Wars) that take the company to a new level of popularity and success--both commercial and artistic.

There are lots of Disney fans out there who will be sending some good money in Sideshow's direction.

Yep, the Incredible family was prominently featured when they were talking about how they'll all be Premium Format. Imagine the entire family in 1/4 scale? That would excellent!

I have a feeling though, that this will be a long time coming because they'll want to make sure they sell Blackbeard.

I think we'll get 1 announement before SDCC (Beast, Jessica Rabbit, or Malifecent), and then I expect Captain Jack to be the BIG announcement AT SDCC.

Its what Marvel fans have been begging for in regards to the Fantastic Four, Avengers, X-Men, the list goes on and on....watch they make Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, Dash and skip Violet.

Didn't somoene on there also say something about "starting out with PF" as if there might be other things? There could be some pretty awesome vs. dios from Disney. Peter Pan vs. Captain Hook comes to mind. And I think it'd be really awesome to have a dio of the seven dwarfs climbing up the rocky cliff after the Witch. But maybe I was hearing things.

Oh yeah, he said starting with PFs specifically. You know they aren't going to pass up Dios, Maquette and maybe even LSBs. I know they'll eventually be a Tron Dio and a POTC Dio.
