Do you think obese people should be using the motorized carts at Wal-mart target etc?

they had control..

they ate like pigs, ate junkfood, drank up the soda's,the twinkies, scarfed down foods that have high fructose corn syrup (which is known to cause heart disease, obesity and diabetes)

its a condition they caused for themselves- period!

:nono Hand to mouth disease is a serious issue!

Honestly, I couldn't give two ****s or a **** if a fatty or even some punk kid wants to ride in them so long as they're not needed by someone who's legitimately disabled and are offered up should they be. The exception being that the non-disabled don't feel entitled to them, given the main purpose these carts are in the store. I saw a fat woman one time start to belittle a young woman who was using one. What the fat ***** couldn't see from her position on the opposite side was that the young woman was wearing a walking cast. After being shown, the fat woman walked off in a huff. I leaned in and said, "The bright side kiddo, is she's getting some much needed exercise."

I think handicapped people should bring their own motorized carts to Wal-Mart. The ones at Wal-Mart should be for lazy people who don't have their own. It's nice to share.

I hope your talking about people that weigh 300+ because their are PLENTY of diseases out their that can cause weight gain and their is not one thing you can do about it. Yes you can work out watch what your eating, but it still doesn't help as much as you would think. Such as Thyroid disease. I know two people one that I live with who have it and they do everything in mankind to watch what they eat as well as work out, but it still does not help yeah they might not be as big as some of the people you all are talking about ,but their is weight gain and nothing they can do about it. It's also not as easy to just go to the doctor get the medicine and your fixed. It can take a very long time to get the exact dose you need to help you. So no this does happen to people who don't scarf down food as you say.

Target has a very transparent business model--sell things for slightly more money than they cost at Wal-Mart, and attract a slightly different kind of customer who don't want to interact with the Wal-Mart riff-raff. I go to Target way more than Wal-Mart. Of course, lots of folks around here only shop at Whole Foods or whatever, but my snobbery has limits :lol

Target is really nice, and clean and organized and the workers are friendly. Target is always pleasant to visit.

Walmart is disorganized and has rude people both as costumers and as employees. It is never a pleasant shopping experience.

Yet prices in Walmart are always cheaper than Target. Always.
Plus I usually find a lot more stuff I need at Walmart. They even have fabrics and paints and brushes. Sometimes I get some of my art materials there. They also have a bigger selection on toys and sports gear. Walmart is bigger and carries more stuff, plus, it is cheaper

I kinda dread going to Walmart and I like Target more. But Walmart has more stuff and cheaper...:dunno

That's one of the main reasons I ever go to Wal-Mart at all--there are some things you can only get there, at specialty stores, or online. Target's home improvement and outdoor departments are pitiful. But another reason is that it cuts down on shopping time, and I hate spending all my free time on the weekend shopping. I could go to Winn Dixie to get groceries, then drive to Lowe's to get primer or something to fix the toilet or whatever, and then on to Target to get some socks. Or I could go to Wal-Mart and get all of it at once.

I hate that the people riding them pretty much run your ass over or take up the whole isle with them.

Dude in a wheelchair with no legs, sure I'll inconvenience myself for them. Some fat dude in motorized Wal-mart cart, hell no

they aint doing any harm and as long as they dont try to eat "the motorised cart" cant see a down side apart from traffic jams in the ice cream aisle

the problem is when they hurt you with them. those carts can be pretty painful. And the worst thing is when they do it on purpose.

If your disabled, injured, sick, elderly, have gout, or obese through no fault of your own like elephantiasis then I have no problem at all. But when someone is just plain lazy and fat from eating and being a total glutton then yes it pisses me off. I seen lots of young slobs in their late 20's early 30's walking just fine in the parking lot acting all vibrant, but as soon as they get into the store they immediately sit their buffalo butts on the scooter and throw up this phony front like they are all sick and tired. Get up off your fat ass and walk off those pounds you ******* killer whale.
