Do you think obese people should be using the motorized carts at Wal-mart target etc?

RAW HONEY is best for allergies in general...(which is not a wives tale)

I do RAW honey and bee pollen and have no issues with seasonal allergies

Again, horse****. If it works for you, I'd question the diagnosis.

from the cure cabinet

Avoid Cigarette Smoke- Exposure to cigarettes may hinder your breathing
and cause mucus to build up in the lungs.

Know Asthma Attack Inducers- Some foods have been known to trigger
asthma attacks. Try to identify what foods may be triggering yours. Seafood,
milk, and eggs are a common few.

Also, sulfite containing foods (a food preservative) and artificial coloring
products have been linked to triggering asthma attacks.

Duh? :dunno :lol Allergy medicine is a necessary evil for those with allergy-based asthma. There's no holistic cure for allergies either. And no, honey is bull****. Tried the honey for two weeks and didn't see any results. Pollen induces an attack so I don't go anywhere near it, let alone ingest it.

The Coffee Cure- Caffeine can diminish asthma attacks by widening the
blood vessels in your lungs.

Ever tried drinking coffee when having an asthma attack? While generally any natural stimulant helps, it doesn't stop.

Avoid Alcohol to Avoid Asthma- Some of the substances in alcohol drinks
may make people that are sensitive to sulfite become short on breath
almost immediately.

This is only if someone has a gluten-based allergy.

The Cold Bath Cure- A cold bath or shower has been shown in studies to
ease asthma symptoms. Just a 1 minute bath or shower can have great
benefits to ones breathing and can diminish frequency of asthma attacks.

This is bull**** and you're likely to see the person suffering from the attack hospitalized. You don't take someone who already can't breathe having an asthma attack and put them in a situation that causes them to hyperventilate. If you'd like to see what I'm talking about, plug your nose and try breathing through a coffee straw. Then jump in a cold shower. If you open your mouth, you you've failed. Someone having an asthma attack at that point would black out from lack of oxygen.

its horse**** because YOU say so NAM??? I don't think so :rotfl

my own experience says otherwise and among many others who do the same things and has testified to it....

I eat healthy, take vitamins, juice daily and NEVER get sick! that tells you something

Do you have asthma?

My dad's lived with Asthma his whole life. As he puts it, he met every quack doctor in the midwest growing up.

Two things control his asthma - Prednisone and Albuterol inhalors. He also uses an inhaler treatment each day.

If honey were a magic cure for Asthma my dad would've been a honey eating motherf'ker years ago.

I am blessed with an efficient metabolism. I can pretty much eat whatever I like, whenever I like and I don't get fat and I can't remember the last time I was sick. I do exercise regularly though and I don't eat anything to excess.

But that's just my experience. I don't condescend to impose that experience on others because I don't presume that every individual's constitution is exactly the same as mine.

no,but Asthma oviously has a root of the cause...

this guy did it using Omega 3 and Vitamin D

of course, because they both fight Cancer ;)

I sense you're someone who's less about the physical fitness theme this thread started with and more of an anti-medicine agenda. If that's the case, it's irresponsible.

I hope you're not one of those people who feel like "I don't need a doctor and my kids don't either."

Because they suck worse than Land Whales.

physical fitness and diet are both keys to a good healthy life...in fact,I am lifting weights right now...:wink1:

I never said drugs were bad in essence, but are only for "temporary" purpose and we are not to be popping drugs on a daily basis...Drugs do not cure anything,it only covers the symptom

and yes,I don't trust modern day witch doctors (pharma in the Greek means witchcraft or sorcery)...Doctors are not trained in nutrition and are only taught to prescribe medicine, but never really cure anything...bottom line, its all about $$$$ and there is no real interest to cure anyone

You were doing it wrong! You're suppose to inhale the raw honey or coffee. :slap
