Just my bought my tickets for opening night. Doing 2D IMAX, don't care for 3D.

*I really want this to be good. I need this to be good since I love the character.

I read something about...

A Mindless One-looking creature appearing in the footage. The description said that it was all black with just one eye, and its skin was moving like water. Is that true? Here are the MOs from the books:

I thought it looked more like a head with a draped cover or possibly the dweller in darkness or something like him.

Dweller in Darkness?! Man, they're going all in on the supernatural side if that's true. It mights be a nod to the Lords of Fear. Either way, that makes more sense than just a random Mindless One, so I'd say you're right. 16 days left for me!

Thanks for the info!

Watching the Collider previews and everything they said about the IMAX preview sounds amazing. I still wish Joaquin had gotten the role since I'm not big on Cumberbatch but everything so far looks great outside of that one jokey TV spot. The visuals don't just look great for a McU film either, they look like some of the best I've seen on a superhero film. I actually got high hopes for this.

Re:Loki
As is usually the case, details on the after credits scenes for Marvel's next movie have made their way online. Screencrush have outlined the mid and post credits stingers for Doctor Strange, and both sound very interesting indeed - but, if you'd rather be surprised, best stop reading now as huge SPOILERS follow.

First up, the mid credits scene features one of The Avengers, and that is - yes, you guessed it - The Mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth). It seems The Sorcerer Supreme plans to rid the earth of all mystical threats by the end of the film, and he deems that to include Thor and his nefarious brother, Loki. Strange invites Thor to his Sanctum Santorum and agrees to help him locate Odin on one condition: both he and Loki leave earth and return to Asgard... for good.

Then, after the credits have rolled we see Baron Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) steal Benjamin Bratt's character's - who used magic to heal his paralisys earlier on in the movie - power, and declare, “There are too many sorcerers.” Obviously this sets up Mordo as the villain in the inevitable Doctor Strange sequel.

So there you have it. The Thor cameo is not completely unexpected, but it sets up the events of Thor: Ragnarok nicely. As for Mordo? Well, did anyone really think he was gonna stay a hero?

Im sure Loki would also be interested in seeing Stranges' "All seeing Eye" and all that it implies...

Cool. I agree with Strange

Thor should stay away from earth.
