Yea I'm not sure what Fosing was getting at but if a dude at any age has Frozen ANYTHING, that's a bigger issue for a completely different thread

So is Mezco's ONE:12 line dolls?

First thing I do after posting this reply is do some searching to see if those Frozen dolls are available to be buy. I wants them :lol

Edit: uh, just read more closely and found out they're Medicom. Having an Elsa doll, no problem. Having a Medicom doll, that'll take some thinking about.

I don't think it makes a difference. If your an adult and playing with action figures or dolls that's weird.

Oh man, I haven't been here since my last post...
WHAT A BLAST! :rotfl

I guess we should call statues, figurines then?
Technically yes, because a statue has to be around "life-size" in terms of scale.
Otherwise it's a statuette or figurine.

here's to hope that jun planning takes a bite at the license. :lol

on topic:

jun planning made jack skellington, corpse bride, gremlins......

doll figures. :monkey3

Those are high end Frozen figures. Little girls aren't going to just play with those either.

Anyway, IMO, some people who only collect statues are the ones who mostly call 1/6 figures dolls because, as has been stated in threads for years, some statue collectors think 1/6 figures are stupid and beneath them. I collect both and like both.

There's a difference between dolls and figures.

Yes :lecture

I do get the statue guys taking shots at the figure guys though. As a big 1/6 collector of course I don't agree with them, but I do understand the mentality. I don't collect statues but I definitely appreciate them

Guys in here seem to be taking a kind of pride in calling what they collect 'dolls', like men wearing bright pink T-shirts. 'Toys' is as far as I'll go and I occasionally wear a red T-shirt.

... but here's a mentality that I just DON'T get. How can any self respecting man that collects 1/6 be so eager and adamant about wanting these to be viewed as dolls? Really, really, really don't get that. I used to think that calling them "dollies" jokingly was funny but now even as a joke it goes right thru me

Medicom Dolls. Providing years of entertainment.

And this thread. :lol

And that Full Set DX Super Duper Jack Torrance 'custom' set peps just dropped two grand on, is a doll.

Awesome, so what about those who dropped 2 dimes on the Regan DX? I was hoping that I can sleep with that little dollie but I already sleep with my Iron Monger doll and my girl sleeps with the Sideshow Jabba. It's getting a little tight in our cot
