It's a great statue...What kills me here is with no ES how many are they really going to sell at this 2k price?...500?1000? It should have a numbered base done order by order then when production stops tell us the fanal amount made...that's it...simple...no ES for these truly expensive pieces is just not true unless they are made forever...when they stop production eventually it they have to know how many were made because 10,000 guys are not going to order this

they only stop making these open ES pieces once orders stop coming in. A piece like Doom, ****, this will be around for at least 5 years, same with all the rest of them. You better hope you never have to sell one of these. I noticed they finally closed the editions of some of the Terminator Salvation busts, but most people hated that movie.

This is the best Doom statue of any kind that I have EVER seen. This torpedoes the PF. Absolutely blows it out of the water. If this were 1/4 scale I would be all over it. Unfortunately, this scale is too big for my collection. I'm going to have to wait for the next 1/4 scale Doom and hope he turns out half this good. Whoever picks this up will be very happy. It's a masterpiece.

TBH i cant really Sideshow releasing a Doom PF so soon after doing the 1:2 LSF. I could be wrong but i just dont see it. Your more likely to see another Vader PF before they do a Doom again. Had SS released a Vader 1:2 LSF instead of the Doom LSF then i'd say a Doom PF was imminent...

I've been after the original Doom PF for quite a while now, only the current prices people have been selling them for has put me off as i dont think its worth no more than $1150 and thats for the exclusive, hence why this LSF has come at a right time for me as this statue is a definate must for me...everything about it screams "WIN!"

i dont understand whu the thing this is collectible with an open es.sure the craftmanship is unique,but rarity is something that adds to the collectible.i hope sideshow change mind on this policy

It doesn't look like the LSF, the LSF has one arm up in a pose and he's standing on a base i think it may be the 1/6 figure could be wrong though

Really???

It's the LSF... Take a look at the detail on it and the hand position. They are both the same.

The only thing I notice ssc changing is Dooms cloak. There is some more detail emblems on the front side of the cloak.

Too many members here throw the word around "grail" for almost any new piece SSC releases and catches their fancy...

But this is truly the first "Grail" piece SSC has released in awhile.
