Do you think they made some changes to the pose? if you look at the pictures from SDCC the left leg is raised and at an even angle to the left arm, in today's picture you see the left arm but not the leg.

Too many members here throw the word around "grail" for almost any new piece SSC releases and catches their fancy...

But this is truly the first "Grail" piece SSC has released in awhile.

a grail is defined as a piece who is going for many times its original retail value and highly sought after in the aftermarket.

Therefore you cannot have a grail with an open edition size and cost $2000 to start with.

The only change I see is Dooms cloak has more detail on it. Depending on price, I am leaning to buy my first LSF statue.

yeah I noticed the design on the edge of the cloak. my next LSF will probably superman or captain america, whichever comes first

the figure is about 3 feet tall including the base. price on legendary scale figures has been $2000 but i feel this figure will land somewhere between $2500 and $3000. assuming they include the two detachable face plates and the size is as big as what they showed in comic con. here are some pics i took of this bad boy

This piece is badass but I can't bring myself to shell out 2k for a non ES item. Hulk maquette is where I draw the line.

Then order it from a site that has free shipping and not SS! there are plenty of sites online with free shipping and a discount. No need to order from SS for these and pay more. Btw on a side note I wished they made galactus PF this size. Lol

Any retailer that gives out free shipping on an LSF is out of their mind or flat out lying . The only discount you'll get is enough to break even on the shipping costs but you'll still be paying $2k either way

there is no way any retailer will offer free shipping for this. Shipping will be at least $200 at ssc.
