The thing that is the most screwed up about America is the sense of entitlement people feel - even to the point where they don't believe they should be responsible for the consequences of their actions.

:exactly::exactly::exactly::exactly:

I blame parents and teachers for creating the "everybody wins" mindset.

IMO, this is not an entitlement issue, its a drunk guy out of control who is drunk and does not comprehend his own actions. When the video starts we see him held up by several people so we can assume something bad transpired. I would not have personally pepper sprayed him because at the time he is being restrained already, he only gets violent in the video once sprayed. Who knows what happend before the video starts? If we don't know that entirely we are all guessing at the event with partial knowledge of it. Maybe he stole a kid's Mickey Ice cream (pepper spray justified) or maybe he was accosting that annoying woman (should be rewarded...).

I dont think that's endemic to USA alone. its becoming a human trend, IMO.

i blame cable TV. :monkey1

Unless they have changed their rules, Disneyland does not allow outside food or drink into the park. That being the case, if someone at the park did not serve it to him, he could not have imbibed it there unless he smuggled it in. He could have entered the park drunk, I suppose and if he seemed calm enough I suppose no one would notice.

They wouldn't let me bring a gyro into the park and they don't even serve gyros there. I'm sure they would be even more stringent when it comes to alcohol. Based on my experience, therefore, it is most likely that someone at the park, or many people in different places served him enough alcohol to put him over his limit.

I bring drinks in all the time. Disneyland allows you to bring in food and drinks - there's a picnic area just for that. They only search purses and bags so you can bring anything in that is on you so you can get drunk on you own there.

Someone should have just choked him out and put him to sleep gently. He wouldnt even know what happened.

:slap:lol

No we spent a hour or so explaining the situation and then our friend came and said yeah she knows us so we just got a warning.

What were you doing?? lol

The gyro incident was in 1988, and the last time I was there was in 1995.
Maybe the rules were changed.
