It's called Hydrospan 400 shrinking resin. Someone did it with the PF Indy, shrunk down to 1/6.

I had this for a few weeks and just started taking pics. I'm sold on the battle damaged version after seeing how will this turned out !!

Received this figure today - never owned the previous version - and I am blown away. So pleased with him. Love all of his guns - never had a figure that was so bulky / large.

They'll never make John. But if they did - how much do we think HT would charge for him..not ideally - realistically, knowing HT as we do.

Depends on what they pack in with the figure but, $180 sounds about right and i would not regret paying that if the likness turned out really good and they emulated the Public Enemy logo as best as they are able too where it will not distract me too much from the overall figure.
