Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

Sorry about the:medic I'm also sorry my tip did'nt work out for ya:( I hope not to much damage occured from throwing the figure, maybe a this point just get the new truetype t-800 body and do a swap maybe or maybe I'll just stop giving advise:monkey3

EDIT: I just reread your post, you almost threw the figure, my mistake:slap

I didn´t threw it.
Only almost. But bad enough to be happy for something that is not changed so easy how it should´ve been.

I now try to contact the seller...maybe there´s something they can do, although I highly doubt it.

And btw, Skull: Not your fault...thx for the help anyhow, bud.
:1-1:

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

how did you manage to get it out in the end bud?

The broken end is still in his arm, but doesn´t matter, since the other peg fits and the broken one in the hand, like explained by the skull, although with more heat.
The hand got really soft, then I put in the screw, got a hold, kept on going then I could just grab my pliers and pull it out.

Damn happy now, but still looking forward to what my seller might say...

thank you! it really came out cool, like an actual car/bike details. well, what it could look like if it is an actual car paint & finish )

oh no, you give me too much credit.
when it comes to vehicles of any amount of wheels, i'm as ignorant as some people in HT endoskeleton thread ) i can see differences among different bikes, but my eye is blind for details )

for example, a-dev told me that actual T2 bike didn't some have back lights. when it comes to assembling, i'll ask him again because i did not notice what it was about and i trust him a lot more than myself about that )

thanks! if i manage to glue it together, it must be cool.
i really wish somebody made that bike again. specially for the figure. i hunted that tamiya for several month, lost the auction 3 times, and imagine how it would sell today with that new T2 figure.

I'm looking to get a black shirt for this guy. Does anybody know if these will work on this body?

Or does anyone have any better recommendations? I'm hoping to keep the total cost under $20.00. Thanks for any help you can render!

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

Finally got around making pictures of this guy.
Besides the problems with the pegs I think this figure came around quite perfect:

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

FYI - TERMINATOR COLLECTORS

1) it's quite necessary to buy 2 figures to see what you've actually got. The lapel on the second jacket is FLAWLESS. Anyways there are a great number of differences between my 2 figures, notably one figures' leather is better for cyberdyne pose, and one leather set is better for the plain Arnie.

2) When you first get your Arnie, pop his head off and turn that neck joint forward. (Both of mine came with peg to the right) You'll see the neck joint is thicker on the side with the indentation, turn the indentation forward, facing front. Wallah, a centered Arnie head...

3) Stupid one leg longer than the other thing.... undo the boot from the leg that is shorter. keep the peg on the angle of the figure, put the boot back on but don't pop it into place, rather wiggle it so each leg is the same length.

(ARnie sound HERE!) help me ecko fergot how to spell arnie's sound
