On the sculpt maybe. After all different people have different ideas about what looks like the man himself.

But things like the Rhinoceros neck or the currently very visible PERS access hatch, grenades being too small - I'm not so sure that those things are subjective - only 'bothered' and 'not quite so bothered'

Well said. For this figure I think there's some resemblance of Arnold, depending on the angles in which the head-sculpt is being viewed. As for the other things that you mentioned, those are definitely thoughts for concern.

I'm getting this ether way, but I would love to see improvements for the release. Only problem is hot toys rarely show improvements on figures they showcase, you only find out after it is released and the first pics and reviews start to come out.

Hot toys are boring me these days would not fork out for the t2 original and have seen better customs than this offering.
Absolute garbage.
I agree needs to have battle damage or why bother if you bought the original?
He has rolling eyes and a head that unpops to get his cpu out, nice touchs but not worth it imo.
Shame they seem to be not bothered about wowing people anymore and just rolling out the cash cows over and over.

I would'nt call this garbage, it a nice figure and worth the price, but does have a few issues. The seam in the back of the head is the biggest for me. I to would like a battle dammaged version, but i'm happy to pick this one up too.

Hot toys are boring me these days.

I said I might buy this figure but dont plan on it anymore... Guess Ive got fed up with Hot Toys reuseing and rehashing figures... So I wont be buying this one ether...

QFT, new franchises and characters are a thing of the past.

Its not that Terminator doesn't demand more figures... just, this isn't what people were hoping for from Terminator. There were more obvious candidates. Most of us customised this version pretty easily.

Pre-ordered 3 figures all of which will be displayed. 1 for my bedroom. 1 for my living room. And 1 for my office.

I love how even if this character's face doesn't have a "lifelike" expression, that's ok because he's a robot. lol

You forgot the bathroom, dinning room, and kitchen Truth be told, I have preordered three myself, but I may drop one off the list if improvments are not made. I am looking forward to this because of how happy I was with mms117 but there is room to improve, the panel in the back of the head annoys me the most.

Hurray! Other people have ordered more of a Terminator figure than I have! My order quantity currently stands at zero. That will change, just not sure when.

Yyyyep. I'm not trying to fool myself. Just I'm awaiting my new credit card as I'm expired next month. Also I want to get a swathe of sales in to cut my debt down. I'm trying to cut back on everything else since I don't have any discipline whatsoever when it comes to Terminator stuff.

I'm thinking at least 2 of this one. I definitely want to display the chip-removal aspect in a film accurate way and even though I already have a mini-gun setup I'd like to have one thats using the M79 with a bandolier full of grenades.

I know what you mean, I just dropped a grand this month alone on stuff. I got ss rock n roll, milk war machine, black spiderman, ss black dragon ninja, keaton batman, and a coo model minigun gotto slow down abit. None are on credit so they are all payed for but damn I need more self control

I wonder since Arnie is back to doing movies, will he do another Terminator movie? Probably not since he's to old to take on the role. I can't see a geriatric cyborg happening.
