Truth is both PS3 and 360 have been great at E3 so far this year. JMO

True, 360 owners really can't crack jokes on the PS3 as they once did about lack of good games. 2009 and 2010 really look to beef up the PS3 and PSP library with solid quality titles both exclusive and cross-platform.

Nitendo besides the new Mario Galaxy and Metroid game fell flat on it's face....I mean come on really, Women's Murder Club: Games of Passion? Really Nintendo? :monkey4

You know, there was a time when there would be a huge commotion if Nintendo announced a new game in its core legacy series (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc.) at E3. This year we got two -- Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M. No one seems to take those into consideration. The hardcore fans who've been complaining that Nintendo doesn't care about them anymore, well, take what you can get.

Nintendo has not fallen. Do you remember last year's E3 Nintendo press conference? Now that was disappointing. Was this year's Nintendo E3 showing amazing? No, it's no longer the late 90's, but it's not a bad year by any means.

Outside of the whole vitality reader thing, I fail to see how nintendo had a "bad" E3. You want to see bad? Look at nintendo last year. Or Sony during the whole "Riiiiiiiidge Racer!!!!!!!" and "Giant Enemy Crab" debacle.

FF14 orignally named "Rapture" will have fees. Maybe even monthly fees.

In the information section of the official site.

Square-Enix confirms the platforms it will be released on and also reveals that there will in fact be a fee.

Look at what the PS3 and 360 have shown us so far at this E3 and then look at Nintendo. To me its been bad for Nintendo.

Uncharted,GOWIII look awesome,a PSP MGS game, and FFIV(PS3 only). Thats my short take on Sony's E3.

You know, there was a time when Sony's list of exclusive games numbered in the dozens (upon dozens). It's a sad state when a former titan in the video games industry has its former platform loyal games taken wholesale by the rivalry.

Still a good showing from Sony this year though. I'm looking forward to Heavy Rain and Uncharted 2. GoWIII lacks originality, there was nothing in that E3 demo that was any different from the last two games. I guess that's just what happens when the series creator (David Jaffey) leaves after part 1, and then the lead designer (Cory Barlog) leaves after part 2.

If it's like watching paint dry, I can't see how Nintendo had a good showing

I'm not picking sides in the fanboy wars, but I will say this:

Mario Galaxy 2 >>>>> Any other game shown this year
