Add one more guy to the list. This guy's got buyers remorse and is asking all kinds of questions about the condition of the item, saying that he's gonna file a complaint and return it if it isn't pristine (even though I never said it was mint in the auction listing, and who knows what this ********'s idea of "mint" is).

Good old entitled *********gery. :lecture

Did you specify any issues with it?

No. It was an unopened figure and I said it was in "good" condition. I say in my description to see pictures, and to send me a message with any more detailed questions. The guy said, "Good to me means no scuffs whatsoever, tape looks perfect where applied, etc." after he bought. As far as I know, my item has none of those problems, but who knows what this joker would find when he is looking at it.

I don't use terms like "mint" and "perfect" for this exact reason.

I have the reverse problem. I bought something that was said to be in good condition. got it and it had marks and dents all over it.So I returned it and the buyer agreed to do a refund. 2 weeks later no refund and Ebay ruled in his favor. so I am out the 120$ I paid and the Item.

Idk eBay is really getting to me lately

Then I wouldn't worry about it.

He has to supply a tracking number showing he shipped it back to you. Contact Paypal.

Yeah, if you can prove you sent it back to him, and have a paper trail of your communications, then it seems like Paypal would support you. eBay might not if you communicated outside of eBay, though. . .

i think by checking the buyer must pay immediately box on ebay listings, it lessens my chances of selling the item however it also makes sure the buyer definitely wants it and has the money to pay for it.

Why the ____ do people buy ____ on eBay, if they're not going to pay for it? What.. Do they think I'm going to ship it out to them anyway?

____ing morons.

I just had a non paying buyer with zero feedback. I should had cancelled his bid then allowing him to keep it. I'm sick of these people wasting my time.

I accidently deleted the only pic I had of the item, and I already packed the hell out of it..so now I have to go cut through the hundred layers of tape, then unwrap everything, take another god damn pic so I can put it back up on eBay..my god.

Oh, and I'll need to buy more tape.

I wish I could magically appear behind these people with a baseball bat. I'd feel so much better.

I had a guy win a lego set off me recently and after a week of trying to contact him he told me he didn't have any money and asked if i could possibly hold onto it for a month until he scraped some together. :gah:

i called ebay support to complain about the issue of non-paying winners. they said they understand the trouble it causes sellers and are looking into setting up a system that can block minimum feedback buyers from bidding on auctions and/or a "strike" system that will ban ebay accounts from bidding anymore. so here's hoping ::crosses fingers::

you do know you can just find your auction in the completed auctions list on ebay, and save the pic back to your computer. the pics stay in the completed auctions for months.

That's already in place. After 3 non-paying bidder alerts, the account is canceled. Unfortunately it does nothing to prevent these dickwads from just creating a brand new account using the same name, same address, same paypal info, even the same ____ing credit card, to ____ you over with again. :monkey1
