I agree in theory, but wouldn't that be equally true for buying Clone "replicas" based on CG?
Not really, because at least the Clone/Yoda stuff is meant to be photo-real. This is essentially a CARTOON.

If it were dirt cheap then maybe other than that Hannah Montana can keep her civilized weaponry.
This piece is as valid as any other Expanded Universe item. Unless it was written by Georgie himself you're always gonna have people screaming "Non-Canon" .
Easy pass. The AOTC clone helmet will be mine though.
Bad timing? More like deliberate timing. It isn't coincidental at all. The reason that Mike and others say that is because the character obviously was created to attract the very same audience that Hannah Montana does: the pre-teen adolescent girl demographic. That is a really big market right now, and like everything else Lucasfilm is keen to capitalize on it. Not saying that's right or wrong, it's just obviously the case. The Hanna Montana reference is unfortunate and due to bad timing IMO.
I would go around 3 for it though, NOT the $500 I've been seeing so far from web retailers. That was even too high for MR prices.
