His statement doesn't contradict itself at all, the DLC he is referring to is just that DLC, not on disc, not included in materials submitted for approval.

And changing release dates DOES cost money, sure they get pushed back at times, but that's not free!

What he said.

And yes some games like Mass Effect can afford it because retailers will do anything to get that game on their shelves, and Bioware and EA have money to spare. But outside of AA titles it's a different deal.

Also I think we can all agree that Duke Nukem Forever was a crazy money pit.

Look what I got in the mail today!

- See kids? Now you know that the marketing is like a drug dealer and if you're began some relationship with him then stop being an addict will became a very difficult part of your life..............
0H, well... um... the lesson is over, don't forget to do your homework. Cya.

I'm flying to NY on Friday and back in H-Town only Sunday evening so it looks like I'll have to hold off a bit.

I"m off on Friday, but it's already been decided that I should wait until Thanksgiving weekend to start playing this one. I know once I get started I'll be addicted. Luckily, I'm staying home alone for T-day so I won't be bothered by the woman making me bathe, change out of my pajamas, or leave the house. Pizza Hut delivers!!

The Dutch are already playing it thanks to a local retailer who broke the street date.

So you start selling it on the 8th?!
The street date is being broken all across the EU as it has before.

Yes. Those are the release days here. Tuesday and Friday. If it's not the one, it's the other.

As if America never broke street dates before. :dunno
