Well, i am passing on Glory and Caleb but will def pick up a LONG overdue Angel and Spike.

It hasn't been said they're next, but that's my guess, since they're popular characters(but then again, why have Glory and Faith before them since I suspect Spike & Angel are more popular with the fans?) and the Spike design had been approved, they have re-done several sculpt designs for Spike and Angel is in the works.

So hopefully they're next(even tough I'm likely to only buy Spike. Not really a Angel fan.)

The duplicates went into storage. I'm just paranoid about accidental breakage and in which case, I'll want a replacement.

Well, if you ever want to let them go, let me know. I'll see what I can swing. I'm really wanting a spike. I haven't branched out yet to purchase them because it isn't a rush. But if you ever want to let any of them go...let me know first. P.S. you wont break them that easy. Trust me! Unless you plan on dropping them.

So Dark Willow #2 arrived today. It's mint BUT....I'm having the same issue. And now, I'm suspecting it's me.

Can someone please post a close-up of Dark Willow's base, where the feet fit in?? There's NO WAY I can have two Dark Willow's with the same "defect."

Great! I just checked it out. Now, last question: Is there one foot that you put in before the other, or is there some strategy to this whatsoever? (I can't figure out why this is so difficult for me. )

If you are facing the maquette, I put the left leg in first. It's her right leg but I use my left hand, so therefore I just say it's her left leg. Make sense?

Makes sense. And I'm getting nowhere....again. Do you slide the foot in at some special angle first, or do some special twist move or something???

I'm in the same situation as before. I guess Dark Willow #2 is going back as well.

But I wish I had someone here to hold down the base while I try to fit her in.

I removed her. It seemed impossible. Man, that's a huge design-flaw.

Now I slipped her in. It was quite easy. So yours might be a defect. Weird that it should be on both tough. Maybe you could ask someone to help you?

I'm going to give it a day to figure out and if I'm still stuck, I'll get yet ANOTHER replacement. And IF the third one is like this, I know WITHOUT A DOUBT that it's something I'm doing.

Did you physically have to squeeze the legs together to get it to fit? I mean, there is NO physical possibility of it fitting WITHOUT me squeezing the legs. To me, that's screams "something is wrong."

But it amazes me that it happened twice?!?!? How is that possible? What are the odds? Anyways, I think I have the replacement lined up. But I'll be waiting for a while, as I have to send this one back, and wait for another to arrive.
