Another great looking Cap and i gave up with those leather gloves a long time ago as i could never get them on lol.

THe base is a dragon tanker jacket.
I bleached it and dye it blue. I sewn red strips to a white piece of fabric and then sewn everything all together.

Once all put together, i made so decoartive stitching to the blue parts and made the jacket slimmer to be form fitting to the royce body i used.

Fantastic!! Thanks for the tips!! Gonna have to try a version of this... LOVE Hitch's version of Cap!!!

I think Frank would be a cool figure to add a "sound" feature to. Considering he mostly stands there ominously and delivers his lines
