Picked this up today and all I can say is this Enterbay Bill must be laughing all the way to the bank, what a piece of garbage this thing is. Problems include Sticky paint on face, one leg longer than the other, broken ankle so the foot doesn't lay flat, scratches on base, one arm moves slightly and the other doesn't move, the head is loose, the wire in the jacket is just loose in the bottom and is poking through the material and no articulation at the waste. People may think that a great sculpt and accessories makes a great figure but for €485 I expect this to be as close to perfect as possible as I know there is no such thing as a perfect figure.
The Batman figure wasn't much better as it had a buckled cowl and the spikes on the gauntlets were bent and the legs were different lengths also, I didn't even get as far as the base and accessories as by this time I'd had enough and didn't want to look any more. I am sorry if this has peed anyone off as I am sure there are people with good ones but this is my experience and I thought I would share it. I was debating whether to buy these figures since they came out and now my mind is made up and I won't be going near any EB figures until things improve.

As someone contemplating purchase of these figures, your comments are much appreciated, Chris. The tendency for most buyers is to gloss over any imperfections and concentrate on the positives, I think, in order to justify their purchase. Posts like yours offer a good counterbalance to that initial feeling of euphoria most collectors experience with their new figures.

That pushes me farther back from buying this now. That sounds like a QC nightmare. And from what Ive heard from other EB releases, it seems to be a common issue with their figures? Hmmm....

Guys this is only my opinion based on the figures that I bought but I would strongly recommend seeing them before you buy them as I was sceptical about buying them and when I finally went for it I was sorely disappointed with the quality for the price. I am lucky enough that I can check my items before I take them from my retailer but if I had got this shipped and then had to go through all the rigmarole of returns and refunds then it would have been more of a nightmare.

What JD said. I've only had one experience with timcent88 and it was an excellent one. I'll definitely be buying from him again when EB's BD T-800 releases. His packaging was great too.

Not everybody experienced that. This 1/4th Joker is the first and so far the only Enterbay figure I have. I am extremely happy with it. Personally, I think it's the best massed produced Joker figure out there. The only issue I've had would be the sticky paint but I don't consider it an issue, I can have his paint look 'ruffed up' or clean. I don't mind repainting.
And I also recommend purchasing from Timcent88, definitely trustworthy.

you shouldn't have to even think about repainting. I am disappointed to be honest and the quality is terrible especially things you cant see like the press studs on the shirt. Mine came with a broken arm. I asked for a refund but can only get a send away for repair yes the sculpt is amazing but that's it

I have two of them and both were perfect. Not every set will have QC issues. It's a beautiful figure, just replace/mod the shoes.
The sticky paint issue seems to have become pretty common, its not acceptable on a figure this expensive. Neither are the shoes.
It seems the first batch on most Enterbay releases have better QC than later batches.

maybe i was just unlucky but mine came with a broken arm at the shoulder and i can't get a refund from my supplier...which stinks. But it's over-all quality i dont like... the sculpt is amazing thoe but its not worth £300 alone
Yes, it's the best joker to date. is it perfect? No, and i don't think we'll ever get a perfect one, custom or otherwise, but it's close enough for it to not matter imo.
