Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's going to replace my desire for the DX-11. Considering how I look at my 1/6 Begins Bats now after getting the 1/4, I'd say it's almost certain. :lol

Besides, I've already got a 1/6 Joker I've put a lot of work into, the DX-11 may end up just being superfluous.

I said I would never do 1:4th, but after seeing this in hand at my LCS, I may change my mind.:slap

I have the last one on hold for $375.00 no tax, cash sale, so after Christmas when I get a chance I will inspect in hand for any of the aforementioned QC issues, and if none, I will drop the hammer on this.

If any issues it will be the DX-11 for sure. (I may buy it anyways irrespective of purchasing the EB version:cuckoo:)

I've bought all the Heath Ledger Jokers that have been released. But I have to say the only one I would never sell is the Enterbay 1/4 Scale. it's easily the best figure so far. I have DX11 preordered, but unless they have made some modifications to the main prototype sculpt I can't see it being as good. It's the laughing sculpt that is selling it for me.

Yup, the laughing HS is where it is at for me as well. I have all previous HT incarnations of the Joker, and I am searching for the 'definitive' version. Each has it's own merits though.

I'd enjoy seeing a photo of your collection sir.

oh the laughing joker and the open mouth teething batman will go great together in my imaginary interrogation room :lol
oops wrong thread

Man. This thing is even more beautiful in-hand.

After the white paint started to disappear under his chin, I decided to re-paint most of it and seal it.

Dirtied him up a bit, looked too clean originally, IMO.

Thanks! I got lucky and don't have any QC issues. Had to heat up the hands to switch 'em out, which was still terrifying, but damn this thing is a beauty. Almost makes Batman look plain by comparison.

Still jumping back and forth on ordering this guy. Only thing that's really hoolding me back is the head looks akward in alot of pics (smooshed and long). Then other pics I see he looks qreat in. More bad then good but I guess I won't know the true representation till I order. In they end its to big of a gamble for me. :dunno

I don't see anything what could be wrong with his face.

You are missing out on one of the best figures available and I am certain that you will regret your decision, once the price for this beast will climb within the next year(s) - when it's sold out everywhere.

Apart from potential quality control issues, a purchase of this figure is a total win-win situation.

The head is pretty much perfect in-hand.

I've shown photos of the head only to people, before I painted it and they were freaked out by how realistic it looked.

I think it looks great too. Especially for EB first attempt at joker. The face is a tad too long, but other than that I think EB did a fantastic job.

I personally think the head looks great. Each to his own I guess ...

I thinks it's freaking too real! My friends came over last week & they were very impressed. We might spend too much time with collectibles & expecting perfection, that we forget how awesome they look for non collectors & casual movies fans :)

Cant agree more.

I hope they do a V2 in the near future though. The elongated chin, cheap looking tie and Ronald McDonald shoes are the deal breaker for me.
