Just wanted to post this in case anyone didn't see it. The original sculpt without the makeup.
the shape of the face is wrong but for the rest... WTF..
More pics
Joker: Do you want to know why I use a knife? Guns are too quick. You can't savor all the... little emotions. In... you see, in their last moments, people show you who they really are. So in a way, I know your friends better than you ever did. Would you like to know which of them were cowards?
Joker: Ooohhh. You want to play. Come on!
Joker: I had a vision, of a world without Batman. The mob ground out a little profit and the police tried to shut them down, one block at a time. And it was so... boring. I've had a change of heart. I don't want Mr. Reese spoiling everything, but why should I have all the fun? Let's give someone else a chance. If Coleman Reese isn't dead in sixty minutes then I blow up a hospital.
Joker: Now, our operation is small, but there's a lot of potential for "aggressive" expansion. So, which one of you fine gentlemen would like to join our team? Oh, there's only one spot open right now, so we're gonna have...
Tryouts.
So is the shape of the face of the Joker 2.0. Although this face is too skinny and not in proportion like the Joker 2.0 it looks more like Ledger and a human being than the Joker 2.0 IMO.
Thanks
I hate the joker 2.0
in comparison ..this is amazing
I hate the Joker 2.0 head sculpts full stop. Regardless of comparing them to other sculpts, such as this amazing re-sculpt by Zach!
The PERS one looks like a kid's toy, I think if it wasn't for the PERS it might have better likeness and realism since Zach's Joker 2.0 resculpt looks quite good. However, the eyes look so plastic looking on the stock sculpt.
Laughing one is realistic but cant see much likeness, just looks like anyone with Joker make up laughing IMO. That being said, apart from the sculpts the DX11 set is still a great set IMO.
joker 2.0 is not ledger... stop..

The laughing sculpt looks extremely close to the screen capture from the film.

Personally I think the likeness is there, just needs to be posed right. Not sure how people cannot see it?
I think the key is to pose it correctly, and under lights. Out of the box, I was pretty impressed with the DX11. When I put it into my detolf and turned on the lights, looked MUCH better. It brings out details in the sculpt and creates shadows to make it look more realistic.
I agree though, MRM's re-work of the Enterbay head blows the PERS sculpt out of the water. Looks so life-like. Seeing those pics posted earlier makes me wish I had an Enterbay Joker so I can buy that head. I just hope MRM's new 2.0 resculpt is as good as his Enterbay version. That, combined with the body and outfit of the DX11 will make the perfect 1/6 Joker IMO.

Looks good for far from what we have seen so far, wouldn't u agree?
I do man, really like what I'm seeing so far and can't wait to see the final product!
