So I got my so called 'Replacement' from Enterbay today. Head wrapped in toilet paper which stuck to his face, right arm snapped off at the shoulder and one of the buttons missing where his suspenders are attached at the back. Great job Enterbay. I send them a pile of crap and they send me an even bigger turd. I've asked Wai Man at OSB for a refund so I will see what he says but I can't see this ending well for me.

Post some pictures to their facebook page and let them be ashamed of themselves. If more people know about this, EB are going to be forced to improve their quality control, customer service and replacement departments..
 
Maybe once I hear from Wai Man. I think he is in charge of Enterbay FB page. I don't want to go down that road unless its a last resort.

Good luck... Enterbay will just tell you to try ebay to replace broken components. And once they do offer replacements, they ended up charging for it. I needed a replacement ankle joint... and they wanted $40 for it not including shipping.

Fortunately I feel my broken ankle issue was nothing compared to what other people have been dealing with.

I know all about that and this is exactly why we must throw it in their faces so the truth is available to everyone. They'll soon be known by everyone as the company with the ****tiest quality control and I don't think they will like it.

I got no response from posting all over the enterbay facebook page. I started sending them the same email multiple times until a different support person caught wind of the issue. It is downright ridiculous how they can treat their customers that way. It really is bad business because I know I for one will not be buying things from them after what I dealt with. No matter how enticing the item is.

Ugh... I'm not trying to say that posting on their facebook page will solve your particular issue, it will just make Enterbay force themselves to improve if they are known as the figure company with the worst quality control and customer service. The more people who post that on their official page, a page that represents them to the whole world, they will realize they can't screw their customers over and over again if they want to make some money.
 
Maybe I will try and sell all the unbroken parts and recoup some of the money. I have a perfectly good head sculpt from my first joker that I replaced with the MRM head.

Dont give up that easily! Fight the good fight for a little bit and see how it goes. Post images up on their facebook page... a page which seems to have a lot of traffic. Make people aware of what they did. I would love to see images.
 
What I find quite Ironic is that the head was wrapped in toilet paper. Quite appropriate as this whole figure is a steaming turd.

About 15000 likes, quite some traffic actually. All I'm saying is that we should do something, but it seems like I'm the only one who wants change.

I agree but I don't want to go down this avenue while I'm waiting for a response. Surely its OSB's duty as a seller to sort this out, isn't that the point of retailers otherwise I could have gone to EB directly.
 
i think it'll depend on how many people have qc issue vs how many didn't. if more then half of the figures sold had qc problems then eb may end up doing something, if not though i doubt they will.

on the back of the sleeve it says that eb won't fix any problems unless the figure was bought directly from them. the way they word it sounds like if you got one from another retailer they won't honor that deal. pretty lame.

or maybe it said that in the booklet that came with the fig. either way it's a numbers game and even though there's been issues with their figs it likely won't hurt their sales on future releases. ht has had qc issues with nearly all, if not all of their lines and that hasn't kept people from buying their products. anyway my point is if it's not cost effective to fix the issues they won't.

I have a problem currently with EB as well. But i think im through with emailing them as they never seem to bother with replying. Just gonna drop a visit and hustle Natalie when i make my trip to HK this year :devil
