In the past there have been a lot of figures that were not licensed for sale in the US. But we didn't have any problem getting them.

How do you even check how many are on your ignore list? I think I only have 1 or 2! And I wish there was a way to completely ignore their comments. The system still has to remind me of their name and how much they spam.

You can view your ignore list from your user control panel. I only have one member on my ignore list, and my board experience has improved ten-fold since I don't have to read his posts. I get what you're saying about not wanting to see someone has posted at all, but personally I like the fact that I can see that he has posted but can't read what he's written

Unfortunately, that's how I feel about it now, too. I've just decided to not wait around for these stupid things any longer. I keep checking this particular thread out of sheer curiosity, but if Enterbay comes out and says, "They're still on!" I'm still not going to buy one anymore. Just out of principal. Don't keep your customers waiting in limbo forever while they wait for direction on what's going on with their expected items and money.

If these were six inch figures worth 15 quid, obviously people wouldn't be stressing. But if I've set aside 150 pounds for a product, I don't want to be jerked around. I want to be told exactly what's happening. Enterbay just hasn't communicated well at all, and I don't even want these figures anymore. Not from them.

I think I'll just save up my money and hunt down a few of the Neca figures instead. At least we were told what was up. Unfortunately, I just don't want to support a company that jerks me around. Even if Enterbay doesn't 100% know what's going on themselves, the least they could do is let us know. But no, there's been absolutely NO communication from them. When I emailed them to ask what was going on, they simply told me to wait. Okay? Wait for what, exactly?

It's a damn shame, because these figures looked incredible.

One thing being told but for legal reasons, wouldn't you wait till you have hard copy of licence order???

Your seller hasn't canceled yet, but if they do you'd get your money refunded. It's a hassle and a bit annoying, but I wouldn't call it being jerked around.

How about this idea. What if Enterbay is still in discussions and don't have official word to announce yet? We just need to let this play out. I feel we will get these figures one way or another. Lets just let EB figure it out. THEY are the one that have been jerked around.

I don't know what's happening, in the last post I have written baaaaaad news..my two sellers from hk have said: no django figures from enterbay..
the italian OFFICIAL SELLER of enterbay has spoken with bill and then has announced:the django figures are banned, there won't be any release of them..

you have right about the delimited license , in this case I think the problem is there won't be any production of django figures...

until now there'S not been any official news from Enterbay...IS WEIRD

yes this is true but for the members that has seen their preorders
cancelled; I think they could give some explanations, so...a message like:
calm down guys we have got some problem with the license but we are fighting to achieve the release..we are still making all the possible to free the release for all of you..
at the end if we don't reach in this quest you will able to buy the figures in our store
don't you think it could be the right thing?

IN MY OPINION now bill is too busy to count up the money gained with jordan figures (sold out in few minutes after the release)
and to choose a new shiny ferrari for his collection...

First off, those Neca figures aren't being sold for thousands anymore. I've seen several auctions on eBay where they go for less than 200 pounds now.

You actually don't know what the emails said between me and Enterbay. I said, "What's going on with the Django Unchained figures? Are they still being released?" Their reply was, "Please wait until April". That doesn't tell me anything at all. Not sure why you have to be a **** about it.

You're right. But these figures ARE expensive, and I can't just drop 150 pounds for a figure and not have to plan around that. So what I'm saying is, I've already put that money aside. If these figures aren't going to see the light of day, I need to know so I can take that money and use it for more practical things. That's what I've done already, anyway. I meant what I said before; I'm not getting these any longer, even if they are released. At least, not right when they come out. When my money for the preorder was refunded, I took some of it and bought a cheaper 1/6 figure that I was wanting to get anyway, and I've put the rest of the money towards essentials. I've just lost interest in getting this figure, plain and simple. Maybe I'll get a Django figure one day down the line, but I'm not waiting around for this anymore. It's become far too frustrating, and besides, it's been a wake up call that maybe I shouldn't be paying for expensive figures right now anyway.

Trying to be delicate how i phrase this. I don't want to sound like a downer... I'd never want to drive anyone away from this awesome hobby... But I don't think it really matters what the figure is. Don't skip out on life essentials for toys man.
