And where is the piece of news which says its ONLY for the Beijing Set buyers? The original announcement had it for ALL THOSE affected with the first batch. Since you are so sure its about the Beijing Set buyers ONLY I would ask you where you got this information from and if you have any proof to show for it?

Hey Axe, I was told by an official EB dealer that the extra head was an added gift for those who purchased the Beijing set, only those who got the Beijing set would get the head. I could post emails for you, but obviously im not going to on a public forum. It wasn't anything about first batch, it was specific to the limited edition. I was told this when the announcement was made, so it's not new news to me. Infact a couple of our fellow freaks bought the Beijing set specifically to get this third head, which is pretty unfair to them.
To be honest, I don't think it's worth discussing since I don't believe these heads will ever become a reality.

No need Rory, we all know who it was, but the most important deal was as much as he is an EB official dealer my thing is a lot of people actually bought the Beijing Set considering the 3rd head too, a great selling point for them. However if finally it doesnt come through I would say it was a scam... I remember even coming to a pretty heated argument with 'Gung Fu' when I said that this news seems pretty unrealistic and EB are known to have NOT kept their word a LOT of times...

We will have to wait and see I guess. Personally I don't think it will happen. I didn't but mine expecting a third head, if I did I might feel differently. I don't feel like its a scam though, just messy PR.

I think its a case of the Beijing dealer telling stories about its exclusivity to the Beijing set. EB's replacement according to their announcement was for ALL those affected by the EVision problem (1st batch HK release) As time went by and Enterbay announced in HK that they will only offer a gift cheque concession and free replacement, the confusion of it not being announced publicly gave the dealer the chance to make it sound like as if it was some sort of 'exclusivity'
BTW you need not worry though, chinese factories do AMAZING recasts, on Ebay you can see some sellers selling older Enterbay bruce Lee parts from time to time. If nothing happens, the dealer can easily commission a recast of the BD head and give it painted eyes

Shadow is (apparently) communicating directly with Bill, so at least there is an acknowledgement that this 3rd head exists. I think if this thing falls through, my seller will be kind enough to compensate me somehow. I'm still doing business with him, & he seems like a good guy. He did after all replace my broken body for free, even though it was a user error.
One thing does confuse me a bit about what Shadow is saying though. Shadow says he talked to Bill, & that only the Beijing buyers will get the 3rd head, but if I remember correctly, Shadow did not purchase the Beijing set, yet he is still getting it?

I really don't think so Axe, he contacted me about the 3rd head. I never evn asked him about it, and I had no complaints with my perfect set.
So he would have nothing to gain by doing so. I have found him to be 100% trustworthy and a really nice guy to do business with.

I have got this last news from enterbay directly by an email message...If I will found the message I will post it for sure.
No I didn't, but my seller after my purchase on june has refunded all my money paid when the first batch was out (too many defects on them,paint rubs,scratches on wood diorama,broken arms ecc) he was afraid I was unable to accept this figure with all this defects, but I really wanted this figure and I paid again...(first promise by enterbay was out"third head first batch") then enterbay changed her mind (third head only for beijin set) but my seller for my confidence has promises the third head for me too...that's all...
