Doubtful, but once received, you can always ride the "product not as described" option. This is so far removed from the prototype, it's really not even close to what was shown and should be an easy refund.
I thought pre-orders were not allowed on eBay, or at least there was a maximum amount of time before release. If so you could perhaps write to eBay and say you didn't know it was a pre-order or that you just found out this wasn't allowed and are now worried, and they might cancel the listing and refund money paid.

I just checked it out too, what a hammering! I would feel sorry for them - this is their livelihood after all - but how could they not have anticipated this after showing off their seamless proto? It's like telling a likely lady at the local jaunt that you're hung like a donkey only to get back to your place and expect her to be impressed with your hamster weeny.
Question is what do they do to try to fix this schamozzle? This strikes me as the type of FU that could ruin a company altogether, they're haemorrhaging customers badly..

Its a MOSHPIT out there man, Ive seen a lot of customer complaints on HT pages and even Enterbay pages regarding the QC (HT) and final product not being up to standard (EB) and this assault by far takes the cake. The only way they can salvage ANYTHING is by probably lowering the price OR just changing the nature of the Elbow joint. Giving out 2 BL 3.5s is not gonna work
However me thinks that their new BL head obviously having a Ball joint attached to it to fit the new ball cavity on their new BL Body is quite like the HT BL body connection. Maybe it was a calculated decision? looks like the HT BL Body migh work with the EB Headsculpt

They can't reply on facebook as there is no access in China. I spoke with them and they told me to leave comments alone until they get back into HK.
Definitely contact the seller first. Most professional sellers - ones that use ebay to run their business - are pretty good.
If you are within the standard ebay/paypal 45 day payment window then it is very simple for them to refund.
And you have the potential threat of negative feedback which most pro sellers want to avoid.
Also, you can can say that the release date has significantly changed from what was advertised....and point out (if applicable) that this release date change puts the product shelf date outside the 45 day consumer protection on Paypal.
Actually, if you have a HK SIM card + phone with web access, you can still login to facebook, even though you are roaming in China.

There's a 30 day maximum on preorders. This won't be coming in the next 30 days so you can use that. If it's been more than that, file a claim with PayPal and ebay (I hope it hasn't been longer than the 45 day PayPal claim limit).HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Won't work. You're looking at a $300 figure and then an additional $150+ for a body from a Hot Toys Bruce Lee figure which already as a better Arnie Kim smiling sculpt. You'd be better served grabbing the BD EB head and suit separately from a retailer who parts them out and just picking up one of HT's Casual Lees.

My friend as much as I would like to do that you must remember that Im kinda handicapped with ebay and dont even have a Paypal account of my own. And with the excellent experience Ive had with my first transaction Im NOT buying anything parted out/second hand etc etc.
I already have the exclusive body with my DX04. As for the $300 Im cool with the set MINUS the body. The HS and the accessories and everything else is ok. And honestly Im waiting for FINAL BD Headsculpt production pics. If thats screwed up Im CANCELLING. If not, Ill be doing some parting of my own but since no paypal ill do trade. FULL trade NO MONEY and only with people who I converse with on the forums and who regularly post.
If I get this the first things to go will be the normal game of death suit, that bamboo, that smiling sculpt, those lights, mics and directors chair and clapper board and if anyone takes it, Ill put out all the hands/palms I dont need... All I want is a cool BD Bruce from GoD thats all I care about. Only deal is even if I trade what do I want in return?
Maybe some McFarlane Spawns I always wanted!

If you have the Exclusive DX04 you're all set then. Might want to see if anybody will trade you all that extra jazz for a Battle Damaged Bruce body (it won't show under the suit anyway). That way you can have 3 figures instead of just 2. If you have any questions about boardies shoot me a PM. If I don't know, I can sure find out. Oh and like everybody's saying, expect the EB head to have at the very minimum, wider eyes.

Im already in pain and depression due to an oil leak, dont dent my hopes so much. So much trouble in the last 48 hours and I thought Osama's death could solve problems! Thanks for your kind offer, Ill surely do that now it all depends on what EB does to salvage their reputation...

I've noticed a few requests on there facebook page for both the bodies. Enterbay are taking a hammering on facebook big time right now & I thought Hot Toys had bad time with Indy.

Yeah, at least in Indy Arnie Kim reassured (in FB) some of his fans that the HS will still be tweak. Unlike EB, there's no response @ all.

If they refuse canceling the order after this big fail Just call your credit card company after you see the charges and ask them to refund you. If they ask you why you just explain them that you contact Enterbay to cancel it and they refused doing so.
