Ok guys , I just got him in the mail . No idea he was arriving today in new York . Initial feelings right off the bat are very very positive . Pictures on this sight are not doing this figure justice what do ever . It's ten times better in person . Sculpt , paint are awesome and the weapons are killer . Word of advice . Be carefully with the watch band . It's very delicate !! My band on it broke . The weapons are killer . The ak47 is do real . Elbow joints are not a problem in person at all .

Doll Rambo just arrived! Glad I had the day off of work!

Have to say Rambo is pretty great in hand. Pictures don't do him justice. The sculpt and paintwork on the head and body is very well done which I don't think the pictures really capture. The paint work on the veins is cool and looks realistic.

Joints seem to very solid, no loose joints on mine.

The RPG has a lot of cool little details like a spring loaded trigger, flip up sights, a rubber scope cover and removable rocket.

The AK clip comes with three metal bullets installed.

Even though the boots are solid, you still can use the ankle joints to pose the feet. Cloth boots would have been cool but with the weight of the figure, solid boots make more sense for stability purposes.

My minor nitpicks:

I would have liked a waist joint for more natural poses.

Give us real pockets at this scale. The side pouches on the pants are there for show and just pocket flaps in the back which tend to stay flipped up. Kind of lazy at this scale.

The major issue:

The right shoulder gap will likely be an issue with most figures. This looks like the side where the chest muscle oversuit is glued together after being attached to the body. It looks like the arm hole was trimmed too short or it just will depend on how accurate it was placed on the body at the factory to determine the gap for that arm. The left shoulder on mine is good but the gap on the right is more noticeable but can be worked around.

Other than that, very awesome.

Bring on Batman and Joker!

Yep, sounds about right. Still a great piece, though.

Got my figure on July 2 and found a few problems. I loose right arm and shoulder joint that will not stay in an upright position for posing (close to the t-800 shoulder joint issue.) The seam running down the side of my figure is split apart a good 4 cm from the shoulder gap down the seam in the right armpit. Also, the internal shoulder joint will not stay hidden under the torso and just falls out exposing the horrible off color plastic. I am pretty bummed out and decided to post some pix. I have sent 2 emails to Enterbay, after receiving my figure and I'm waiting for a response. :gah:

P.S. Just received an email today from Enterbay and it was a tracking number and notification of shipment for my purchase. A little late on that one, since I got the figure 2 days ago. Not the email response I was hoping for, so I will continue to wait. :slap

For those that got a figure in good condition congrats. The HS is amazing and the body looks awesome in hand. Now to get a replacement that isn't all jacked up from Enterbay.

EVERY bit as awesome as the T-800, paint may be even better. Everything that I hoped for after the T-800. My only disappointment is the base, as others said, the way they put the post and the rocks with the uneven ground is kind of stupid but no biggy.

Incredible pics sean! I didn't know you were getting doll rambo today. Congrats!:clap

Mine is here as well, though I was at work and therefore will have to go to the post office tomorrow to pick up. Can't wait.

Well, the tracking said delivered but wasn't sure it'd get picked up today or tomorrow, so glad he was there when I got home.

And not that anyone expected comparison, but damn what a leap.

Enterbays sculpt and paint apps are so much better. Did you have problems with the shoulder gaps on your figure? From what I can tell yours looks fine.

Just a bit on the right side, as mentioned, probably has to do with the cut or whatever, but you know, I expect these things, I accept and embrace that this is a VERY glorified action figure, it has joints it has seams, it will not look like a living breathling little man like a clothed figure. This is exactly what I had hoped for. Particularly where the only other high end Rambo figures have been the HT muscle bodies which were more or less statues and you couldn't get very good poses out of them, and they only had one set of hands so he couldn't hold his knives so well and all. This is such an amazing piece to add to a Rambo collection.
