I expect that a Jazzinc Kravitz Catwoman will be _precisely_ 1/6 scale.

Whether the Hot Toys or Inart Batman “scales” correctly to true 1/6 scale is something best addressed to Hot Toys and Inart.

Show these other companies what scale actually means.

Kravitz will look close enough paired with either brand but we may as well get at least one character from that movie that’s precise.
