I'm not going to push it because they don't even have a return policy. It's only exchanges.
That may be their policy, but not Paypal's. Refund is always an option with Paypal. If they won't fix THEIR mistake at THEIR cost, they can lose the $376 and the figures. I'm happy to send the crap back to them, but I ain't paying for it. I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing that I don't even want replacements anymore. Whose to say those will be any better at this point. They might just rush those out too to satisfy Paypal and leave us with potentially worse figures with a whole different set of problems. I just want my money back.
That's some shoddy ish. I'm starting to think products made by SSC are the way to go..... Enterbay and Hot Toys both have horrible customer service. Couldn't believe HT sent a loose Iron Man in a bubble mailer. Then you have this Enterbay fiasco... you would think black suited figures would be fairly to pull off? No excuse for the bodies to have weak knees, none at all. It's crazy how much we pay for these figures and how many problems a lot of them a plagued with. I mean who the ____ should have to spend $200+ on a 12 inch figure, only to have to spend $40 more to replace a faulty body? Anyone who thinks that is acceptable is ignorant. Rant over.

Agreed. This has just reminded my why I order everything through Sideshow and only rarely through one of their dealers. Not that their dealers haven't taken care of me or anything, but Sideshow's Customer Service can't be beat. I haven't experienced better customer service from ANY company I've ever dealt with than Sideshow's.
