The truth is the bodies suck... not sure where the trolling is. Nothing is okay about that when the worst part of a $200 ACTION FIGURE is the body.

Crazy thing is, I'm leaning towards keeping my set... I suppose it'll still be easy to sell off later if I change my mind.

Like mentioned here... if they sold everything but the body for $50 cheaper, this would be a lot less problematic.

You have to pay return shipping to Hong Kong.
To my understanding, from what I've read on here, EB will reimburse whatever you paid to ship the replacement parts back to them. Then ship you back your replacements free of charge.

:goodpost::exactly:

EB should just send you replacement bodies and outfits if they wanted to do the right thing.....:hi5:

I think it's great that EB is working with folks to get replacement bodies at no cost to the customer, as it should be, of course. I just don't understand the mentality that it's OK to accept a flawed item, especially at this price point, and then justify keeping it by spending even more money to fix the problem. It's the company's responsibility to get it right. That should never be placed on the shoulders of the customer.

this is the first time enterbay refunds his costumers for shipping back defected items..
For every defected item I have sent to them (and I remember many) I had to pay the fees by myself..
better late than never...

Its 400.00 bucks PLUS shipping for these figures.

No, it was $376 including shipping and two extra guns for those of us who ordered by the deadline. I have had no major problems at all - just minor looseness in one figure's knees, not enough to do anything about. I'm a very happy customer. Why anyone would skip the deadline, pay all that extra money and get fewer accessories to only order a couple weeks later is beyond me.

I feel I got a good deal for the price. These guys are stand-outs next to my HT figures, and cost less than they did!

However, I should say that everyone else's problems have made me cautious about the next figure I consider ordering from EB.

They probably had to do it this time because of all the publicity and the Paypal threats. I wouldn't really call this niceness on Enterbay's part. They are finally doing something that should be a standard anyway and it is because of force rather than through being generous.

Ah stuff it,

If it's just going to stir the trolls up then I'm outta this thread

Good luck!

Not Trolling Rogerbee, legitamate concerns! If EB is willing to refund completely, or replace defective items with items that are issue free, then great. If not, they are dead to me, and will never get my hard-earned cash again. I am watching this thread with great interest as to how things work out. EB have stellar HS, but other issues, that I have seen in person with previous purchases.

I don't know...I kinda agree with you Rogerbee. I mean, yeah its a major bummer that these have had issues and I'm not sure if mine do or dont yet...

but it's like, okay we know there's problems, we don't need somebody constantly shoving it in our face that, "you spent $400 bucks and these are awful! Sucks to be yoooooou!" Okay, so maybe nobody said sucks to be you, but still. I'm aware of QC problems, but really I just want to enjoy my figures once I get them.

If there are issues, I'll deal with them as the come. It's not hard to glue a button back on (hell, my HT scarecrow's jacket button broke off within 2 minutes of opening him) If a seam is torn a bit, I can sew it. And I can always switch to a TT if need be. Point is, and I'm not trying to be a jerk to anyone, but having to fix an issue isn't the be all end all for these figures. Should we have to do any of this? Absolutely not, i will agree with that 100% but I don't understand the idea that they immediately become a waste of money.

And truth be told, I think these issues are minor compared to a rubber body ripping (like my Hellboy ) paint fading, or broken PERS.

sorry for the rant, I really dont want to sound mean or anything, I just want to be excited and enjoy my figures!

The pictures of what's been going on with these figures showcase issues that I hardly find minor.

Buttons popping off, legs being cracked, suits being stained, suits being torn, feet being broken, receiving double of one character......

The apparent knowledge by EB that they were sending out faulty product isn't something I would find to be a minor issue either.

These figures are $200 a piece - if you got the two as a package deal for $24 less, big deal - that's still almost $400 total). It's absolutely disgusting to see these flaws with how high priced these figures are.

I'm a major MIB fan and these are/were grail pieces of mine. But no way in hell can I try and shrug off this situation as no big deal. Mine are coming from BBTS - I couldn't afford them right now - so hopefully these issues will be resolved. I'll be paying attention.

I want these very badly, but I'm not going to brush off issues like this. It's inexcusable.

Yes, it is a big deal. But anyone would think that all MiB figures have all the problems you listed. As I've said, the only issue I have is minor looseness in one figure's knees. My figures are fine.

I'm sorry you missed out on the pre-order and have to pay the jacked up rate and get fewer accessories. When you get them, make sure everything is the way it should be. You might be surprised at how few of the problems on that list they actually have. (But be ready for at least some looseness in the knees.)

But then again.... If I were thinking of buying these and hadn't yet, I might wait another month or two, just to make sure the QC is there.

Exactly, it's just nice to hear something positive...glad to hear you got a good set.

Glad your figures are fine.

There were enough people in this thread with pics to confirm that there was a huge problem with these figures. Those who received good figures seem to be quite lucky.

The simple thing is, no one should have had to worry about issues like these, period. Especially not on $400 figures.

BBTS has shipping listed for 4th quarter 2012. Hopefully Enterbay will "man up" and fix these issues (along with properly replacing everyone's defective figures) in later batches. If not and I end up with bad figures, then I'll have to get a refund and say forget it. I'll just stick with Dragons and try to score the EB headsculpts. And if that happens, I'll be done buying anything Enterbay.

Whatever you do, done suffer through those Dragon headsculpts. I can't believe how bad they look!

I'm going to use the Dragon set to complete my MIB: The Series figures. I may or may not purchase another set.

Why is he neuralizing himself?.... :lol

Friday I received my agents j and k.

They are the worst figures enterbay has released to date.

- The buttons on the sleeves fell.

- Both dresses, has spots of glue.

- The fabric used is a crap literally

- Figures not stand by themselves, necessarily to use the stand.

- The worst, for his faults, I can not sell them, much less return them.

- nothing to do with Elvis n Jean Reno.

I feel robbed by Enterbay
