Lucky me than - too bad to read about these QCs as I really love the detailled faces Enterbay makes - for me they are way better than e.g. Sideshow. Hope they'll get this sorted out soon!!

Got mine from EB! No tracking just got delivered straight to my door!!!

This will go well with my Away 45 fig:

By the way, with all the QC issue comments, I had to quadruple check my 45 Home figure (and also my 45 Away) to ensure they're ON POINT. ALL IS WELL, BOTH FIGS ARE FLAWLESS!!! Super happy!!!

it looks like the 23 is the one with more QC problems. I hope they fix those issues soon enough. I don't wanna be disappointed on my first EB purchase

I got my 2nd EB figure last week from my local dealer, the 1/4 scale BD T800, and like my first, the EB Batman, it didn't have any QC issues. Not even the notorious uneven leg length. I look forward to getting my Away 23 QC-free too.

With all the sweatshops in china already making mikes shoes I don't think he will blink an eye toward this. He's getting payed the same..

I think EB have chosen the figure with the most defect and send it to you, due to so many 'ohlala scandal' posts you have written a while ago on this thread.


All jokes aside, that does look kinda screwed up. I hope you get your replacement.

Enterbay puts out so many good looking figures, from their Jordans to their Terminator, Joker....but unfortunately you pay so much and the customer service at times just makes it hard to seem worth it. When you pay 300 to up to 500 for anything you should be guaranteed 100% satisfaction, you shouldn't have to second guess wanting to get an item you really want. Its really unfortunate with them this way.

people have to know..
tired of this qc service..
you will have your replacement for sure, cs service is quite good (they know already)
but you will have to wait and spend other money to shipping back the defected parts..
write to [email protected] to get your replacement (include all the pics) and ask if possible to get a refund for the return shipping..
