Yea hope the seller does the right thing.
He's agreed to accepting it back and giving me a refund but...........he's sent me a 'request to cancel transaction' through eBay. Of course I refused but after calling PayPal they told me to file a claim, that way I'm protected through the return process. There'd be no protection or a refund ensured without going through that process.
What an f-ing joke, all this BS because someone couldn't wrap the box in bubble packing and put it in a bigger box? The guy has a second HK Kicks one up for auction, I'd avoid him like the plague.
I hit 'em high, hit 'em high, hit 'em high...
Nah, I'm making a bunch of my favorite Jordan jerseys. Dreamteam and blue Wizards are next
Yea hope the seller does the right thing.
Did you have to pay for your own return shipping?Update, if anyone cares.
The seller agreed to the return but immediately filed a 'cancel transaction' request through eBay. Of course I declined it but thinking it might go south I filed a PayPal claim for my protection. PayPal ruled in my favor and according to their new policy it doesn't matter if the seller empties his PP account or not, I'm still covered for the 100% refund as long as I follow their guidelines and ship it back to where they tell me to ship it.
That's a huge relief because I remember in the past PP would only recover funds IF the seller had anything in their account. Now, even if the seller closes their account PP will still refund me the whole amount after it reaches the return address.
Whew................now the search continues for another HK version.
How exactly does this work? You can still file a chargeback if paid by a credit card. That's why i don't like to pay using a checking acct. Once the money is gone, it's up to Paypal if they want to help you.
