He's agreed to accepting it back and giving me a refund but...........he's sent me a 'request to cancel transaction' through eBay. Of course I refused but after calling PayPal they told me to file a claim, that way I'm protected through the return process. There'd be no protection or a refund ensured without going through that process.

What an f-ing joke, all this BS because someone couldn't wrap the box in bubble packing and put it in a bigger box? The guy has a second HK Kicks one up for auction, I'd avoid him like the plague.

What is his name so I can avoid him also?

Are they actually making a Space Jam one? or is this just a custom? :panic:

Yeah, I can. Which one are you looking for?
Thinking of opening a commision topic once I figure out how to do the shorts, cause without shorts they're a bit useless (made the black shorts from the pic already, so should be possible). So far I have designs for:
- Space Jam
- Old School Bulls (with Chicago logo)
- Black Bulls (no stripes, can't find pinstripe fabric)
- Dream Team
- All Star Game 1997 (emerald teal color from the pic) & All Star Game 1998 (white)
- Blue Washington Wizards

im all pumped up for the 23 away uniform and i found this cool vid to get me even more pimpsped

Yea hope the seller does the right thing.

Update, if anyone cares. :sleep

The seller agreed to the return but immediately filed a 'cancel transaction' request through eBay. Of course I declined it but thinking it might go south I filed a PayPal claim for my protection. PayPal ruled in my favor and according to their new policy it doesn't matter if the seller empties his PP account or not, I'm still covered for the 100% refund as long as I follow their guidelines and ship it back to where they tell me to ship it.

That's a huge relief because I remember in the past PP would only recover funds IF the seller had anything in their account. Now, even if the seller closes their account PP will still refund me the whole amount after it reaches the return address.

Whew................now the search continues for another HK version.

You can still file a chargeback if paid by a credit card. That's why i don't like to pay using a checking acct. Once the money is gone, it's up to Paypal if they want to help you.

Did you have to pay for your own return shipping?

How exactly does this work?

You call your bank and tell them the item arrived damaged. And then give them the details that you tried to resolve it with the seller and that he refuses to accept the return. I think sometimes they ask you for evidence like emails & receipts before they will wipe out that charge.

How exactly does this work?

I did use a CC through PayPal so I would be covered either way but it was nice to see the PayPal process changed. I know a few people from a while back that got burned after PayPal ruled in their favor but the seller deleted their account.

The crappy part is that yes, I'll probably have to eat the return shipping fee. I don't know any way around that.

Two more, Jordan at The Wizards:

And Dream Team:

Just checked, even though Jordan played in 14 All Star games, there were only 4 different jerseys.
In the beginning they used the same ones for 5-6 years and they had a period where they used there home and away
team uniforms. So you got:

Our local dealer shared on Facebook what EB announced re: next batch of Red #23:

Enterbay : We are currently experiencing a reconstruction process at the factory and all manufacturing procedures will be improve and revise, therefore there might be a slight delay on this MJ #23 Road version product. The next batch of stocks are expecting the be released around mid-end of June.

Hopefully the next batch/es would be QC free, and hopefully they'd do this on their future non-MJ releases as well, particularly their 1/4 line.

My apologies if similar post had been made here. Have a great week ahead, guys!
