I just shift-clicked the link every second, having it open in a new window. When I saw "password" in the top bar I ctrl-w closed it...
When I saw the real page it was a ctrl-end to go to the bottom in a sec, click add and gone

It took me well over 1 month to receive the white #45 when I ordered directly from them. I was also one of the lucky ones to buy when they released 200 they had in stock which sold out in 7 mins. from what I heard anways.
