My red23 arrived from Enterbay today. My tracking number still doesn't work. Absolutely no QC issues, very happy with it.

My UNC set also arrived from Matthijst today and its awesome. Already got it on MJ as the red uni is reserved for my black23. Great day, and my Avengers Iron Man will be here Friday!

Congrats on scoring your red 23 and your upcoming Avengers Iron Man. That was my first Hot Toys figure and expanded my focus beyond MP Transformers. You are going to love it!

Looking good so far man. I picked up a pair of the knock off J's from the bay that I am trying to repaint, but those look 100x better than mine. Dang it!

OK... The CUSTOM sneakers on ebay! Here are some photos for comparison that I said I would post. These are pretty cool but don't have the inner peg holes needed to connect to the EB figure. Some things to point out, the custom has dimples in the toe which are a bit larger than EB. Also the paint for the swoosh wasn't painted as well. This could just be mine tho. The BLACK breds are very nice! No worries there on the paint.

Tried to do the reverse layup but figure needed to be closer to net. The stand is just not high enough! I will cut a base of 1" and place it underneath to raise him up a bit. I also don't have that bent thumb hand..yet!

You misunderstood. He's not cutting the hoop.

The Storm Toys version has figures stands. I don't think the EB version came with any figure stands. But I'm not 100%.

Yes the board comes with it's own base but not a stand for a figure like ST. I would never cut the stand. I will create a circle same size as MJ base in 1" as stated which will get the figure/Ball to get above the rim. The EB AJ1 is much more authentic looking, however, the custom print on the side is a better resolution. Custom also has a different tongue print than the original AJ. EB is correct. All this is just information for you guys. You can do what you like but WILL need to get your figure higher for any realistic poses with the rim. Maybe I should cut some bases and sell em! haha.

I have a feeling BBTS is EB's main distributor in the US (like Sideshow is Hot Toys) and other companies like Clark Toys get theirs from BBTS which is why they have the later ship date, but November seems a bit odd.

That's weird, then why would PYS get them earlier than BBTS then? I still think each store has their own account and gets theirs based on the pecking order and on how large/small their shipment was.
