They're intent on making a presence in the 1:4 market, we'll see more of them in the future. I do hope they move onto TDK suit after bb suit and joker. They teased bank robber mask and the teaser art has purple suit joker on it

Excited about Enterbay Bat just gone after HT announced they will make 1/4th figures from TDKR movie.
I think I'll pass on Enterbay Batman. Begins suit is not my most favorite batsuit.

Well, mission accomplished already for HT - like I said in another post, just with their announcement, HT has probably killed most of EB's sales on these figs.

I'm betting most people will probably want to wait and see what HT has to offer before buying EB's version, if at all.

In fact I don't understand all this panic about HT killing EB.
EB have a license for the previous movie so they're gonna release original BB suit and characters which are not going to appear in TDKR

I just hope that enterbay will destroy Hot toys with this one

I think the enterbay joker will be amazing.imo enterbay trumps hot toys.I have 3 enterbay figures,kato,godfather and bts bruce.the godfather was my first and as vsoon as I got it I traded my hot toys version and not once have I regreted it .from the teaser pics they have heath likeness down[from what you can make out]

There is a teaser in this thread somewhere, you can hardly see anything, but I agree with Steve, you can tell the basic shape of the head is looking pretty good

Thats not true Butters. The bigger it is the MORE detail that needs to be added, it's closer to 1/1 scale so needs to be more accurate than 1/6th scale. But fabrics and materials are still not at the correct scale, so it's quite difficult and not as forgiving as either 1/6th or 1/1. Maybe you should mail BobbyC about his 1/1, his 1/6th and his 1/3 Ledger jokers and ask him?

Yeah, you're right...the next time I'm trying to write the bible on the top of a 1/6th pin, I'll remember that it's even harder on a 1/4 scale one...

Bigger = more detail... simple as that. if you took a 1/6 and blew it up 1/4, a ton of detail would be missing. Anybody who's ever sculpted anything will tell you that.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say, are you saying that you prefer the EB Godfather over the HT's one?

If so is that your example of "trumping"?
