I can see the majority of my collection being 1:4 in the future. If not all of it. I just think they have more of a museum quality about them and I love the scale. The Enterbay T-800 is the best collectible i've ever bought. If the Batmans and Dutch turn out as good as the T-800 then their 1:6 counterparts will be gone. My 1:6 purchases would then be geared towards things that aren't going to be made in 1:4 such as Star Wars and video game licenses.

Thanks for the input. I think void is spot on when he said the market will be MUCH smaller than the 1/6 market

And I assume that those of you who are getting 1/4 don't honestly feel 1/6 pricing is outrageous?

This is actually part of the reason I am getting into 1/4 scale. With some 1/6th scale figures nearing the $300 mark, why would I pay $250-300 for a 12" figure, when I could pay $25-50 more for a 1/4 scale, granted, shipping may be more due to the increase in size, but 1/4 just seems like the better deal at the moment.

If it's something I want and it presents improvements that couldn't been achieved in 1/6, then i'm buying it.

If EB 1/4 BB Batman looks exactly like HT 1/6 BB Batman, just bigger, then i'm not buying it.

Also, I would like Axecutioner to post his next EB interview.

Oh, looks like the earlier one wasn't the EB. The new head shot looks promising. HT and EB seem ready to duke it out.

No matter what anybody says, the announcement of 1/4 figures by Hot Toys and the 1/4's from Enterbay definitely give Sideshow competition even if they are different products. That headsculpt is superior.
