I would like to see more Plinkett but I actually didn't like the Plinkett review on Titanic, but that's just because I don't like Titanic at all. So I don't know.

But what I like watching now from that website is the "Best Of the Worst" segments. Those are funny.

Saw this movie with my teenage kids Sat. and we enjoyed it. I am a huge fan of the original and went in thinking the worst. But I really enjoyed how the film paid respect to the original. My son has become a huge Army of Darkness fan but was sacred to death at this movie. I watched the original back in the early 80's when it first came out and was so scared that I could not finish it. The family tradition continues.

Red Letter Media is often brilliant and always funny. These days I actually prefer Half In The Bag to the Plinkett reviews. Mike and Jay are easily my favorite film "critics" working today. They're certainly the most amusing and creative.

In the Movies section as in no other section of SSC, if you disagree with someone they will 110% go completely ape**** on you. I mean, flip completely out.

I find it pretty funny myself. I am not much one to kowtow to self-designated Gods Of Any Given Forum, so that causes some problems but I'm fine with it. I find someone identifying that closely with any given movie to be somewhat..... questionable.

Or that might just mean that they're 14, but hey! What can you do.

Will be seeing this film in the next week or so, looking forward to it. I think.

If it was, it might actually be interesting. Other than being a Dances With Wolves v2.0.... or would that be version 3.0? Whatever, you know what I mean.

What is Martyrs.

An excellent French movie with some genuinely disturbing scenes. It's pretty hardcore with some tough scenes to stomach. I'd recommend it to any fan of horror. It's in a different league to other gore movies like Saw of Hostel.
