Hey, has anyone had any issues with EXO-6 customer service?
I ordered a figure in July, but received the wrong one. Thinking EXO-6 should be informed about the mixed up and hopefully resolve it, I emailed customer service. I did get a notification right a way, stating; due to 'high email volume' there's a two week wait period.
Well, it's been nearly 4 weeks now and haven't gotten any response, (despite a couple of followups in between). I'm sure this is not normal.
So I'm wondering if anyone else experienced any CS issues with EXO-6 and how can one contact them.
