Someone came into our shop today and said they heard the parents were planning on suing the US because their boys weren't the ones who did the bombing. I haven't been able to find anything though.

Fair play to them. If their boys are proven guilty the courts will drop the lawsuit. If their boys are found innocent they'll be compensated.

Well it could be very hard to get into the country for them to even try and sue anyone. Even though they might US passports its also very likely they will not be admitted(I have never seen that any besides the youngest boy is a naturalized citizen) due the close relation to possible terrorists.

Not to mention even if they are found innocent for the bombing, they would would also have to be found innocent of the murder of a cop, a car jacking, taking a hostage, attempted murder of more cops etc...

A snow ball has a better chance in HELL than they do if being found innocent of every charge that could and will likely be filed against them.

It would have to go before a judge to determine if there's a case so I doubt there'd even be one.

They'll say it's doctored or that the govt told them to do it with out revealing the contents to them.
Theirs always an absurd explanation to counter the obvious truth.

Conspiracy theories are worthless because they demand that those they accuse prove negative propositions. The evidence all points to the government teling the truth, and then they dream up counter examples and insist that if they cannot be proven wrong, then they are tenable objections. Nope but the right wing media praised Bush for things they vilify Obama for doing, the left wing did the opposite vilified Bush for things they praise Obama for doing. That's all I am saying.

I read a Punisher Comic a while back, obviously fiction, that had a US government agent who was sent deep cover to the Middle-East recruit and train terrorists

Here's a description of that character

Rawlins was a tasked by a group of corrupt US army generals with creating a secret terrorist training facility, to be given assignments that would further the war on terror in America's favor. Rawlins sent them to destroy moscow, having them highjack a plane and fly it into a building. The plan failed when Russian intelligence deemed it neccesary to shoot the plane down. Rawlins got word that the Punisher had operated in Russia at the same time, and set his sights on him.

Plus, maybe they didn't hide their faces because they didn't figure in the long run they'd be alive. I think at least the oldest boy didn't. Like you could walk around the Boston Marathon with ski masks on anyway.

I honestly think they had no idea that there would be so many random pictures, and the public effort to help. Sure, the marathon will have cameras for coverage, but even I was surprised with some of the quantity and quality of photos available.

And I really can't believe the amount of people who are equating the shutting down of Boston with losing their gun rights. It's the first step! They'll be coming door to door taking our guns next!
