Well anything’s possible. Any company perpared to release 3 ‘nobody’ soldiers, and a frog this early in a line, are more than capable of releasing a 10 foot chicken! I think the logo in and of itself is a clue to the whole set-up. I mean, look at it--it's a purple Hollywood star for Pete's sake! Too, too funny! Oh my, this is even better than the half-Maul! Too good Sideshow, too good.......

Some people really have their thong in a wad over this practical joke. Does it really bother y'all that much that sideshow released a few figures you didn't want? Lord, I get excited when there's a newsletter without something I want. I actually think the troopers are kinda cool, I have to resist getting one, maybe if one comes up in stock and I can use my useless gift card on it... As for Bubo, you bet your bottom dollar I would buy that if I had the money and space to display Jabba. I'd buy just about anything sideshow produced that went along with that display.

Of course, I like the plastic Fett and I'm keeping the GG Ugly-Wan so my opinion may not be overly valid.

That's what I don't get. If SSC makes characters you don't like, just skip them and wait for the ones you do want. That doesn't mean people shouldn't voice their opinions on what they do and don't want, but people act like it's a crime against nature that we don't already have every single iconic character and threatening to abandon the line altogether because SSC won't tailor their lineup to each individual customer's wishlists. As Yoda would say, these boys have no patience.

I imagine some people are also anxious about getting core characters, not just because it's what they want, but they have concerns of the future of the line, as many voice sadness over the slowness and death of other SSC 1/6 lines, I think many will want the big guys first to make sure they are done and if background characters don't get made because the line ends, they'll be able to live with that. I sort of feel that way, I have certain figures I hope to get soon, just to know I get them, Sideshow does such a good job I just want that talent applied to some favorites before it's too late, one never knows what the future brings.

I wasn't really concerned if this line is real or an April Fool's joke as I wouldn't buy anything from it either way.

I'm waiting for more Sith, Scum and Villany and Militaries figures, I'm not that impatient either.

SSC will make them when they're ready and in the meantime I'll focus on my Medi RAH collection.
