MAN, that just Blows! WEEAK... Them ewoks are angry, I enjoy the way the ewok puts down a kick to the stormtroopers chest. As if the spear would do anything but break against the armor.

Don't quote me on this, but I think he's just supposed to be shoving him with the spear, not actually trying to jam it through his armor...

Honestly, this one took me by surprise too (I work part-time from home now, so don't get in the office much to see what's being worked on)! I love that. Keeps it interesting

(and no, *this* is not why we don't have _____ character yet - it's just that some things take a lot longer to get through the process than others - I'm sure this one was knocked out and approved pretty quick, to fill in space while others are going through completion and approval process)

Your totally right, because if when wearing armor they can take one hit from a blaster on any piece of armor and still go down, and not even come close to the rebels shooting them...then surely an ewok can't take them down. Rightttttttt.

I think its a great looking diorama. I have no problem with the Ewoks nor with Jar Jar. The Ewoks and Jar Jar are light entertainment within the films. Some people take SW way too seriously. SW is just fun popular entertainment for the masses. Once the "cool" geeks (talk about an oxymoron) decide characters such as the Ewoks or Jar Jar are "not cool", then everyone else joins in on the hate bandwagon.

The funny thing is, I was just a casual Star Wars fan until a few years ago, so I had no idea that so many hardcore fans hated the Ewoks. I suppose I was exposed to them at the right age, but I never disliked them.

I was 5 when ROTJ came out so Ewoks were likely targeted to my agre group. And it worked, as a kid they were among my favorites; even wore one of those flame retardant wicket costumes for Halloween

I imagine there will be kids who saw the Phantom menace that will be surprised anyone could hate Jar Jar

(and for the record I do hate Jar Jar )

I can seriously imagine the Sideshow people just eating this up. The Ewoks are arguably the most polarizing force in the entire saga. This announcement shows balls. But if Sideshow has any intent of putting the whole saga into diorama form (and why wouldn't they want to), then this was bound to happen.

Totally true GB. Ewoks where done for kids back in the day as much as Jar Jar was done for kids now. I know lots of kids I taught that liked Jar Jar and couldn't get why I wasn't a big fan. Thats why I personally opt for respecting what fans like from SW unlike a decent portion of SW fans.
