Fallout 3 is designed so that a decision made, is a decision you stick with...unless you save often - which I had not been doing, and caused some hell for me already....
did you get the the one with the Pip-Boy clock?
Yeah, I have a feeling this one is gonna take a while to complete kind of like Fable 2. Which is fine cause it always gives me something to have around for when I need to take a break from other games.
I don't even know if GOW will be able to tear me away from this game. I am loving it! Love the headshot animations too!
These are all just filler till GOW. They're are all very cool but not that cool. 4 me anyways.

I'll take that bet.
So would you say this is better than Dead Space? I mean you were sucking that game's balls only 2 weeks ago and now you've moved on to another. Damn you're fickle!
Better than Dead Space? Hell yes it's better. Don't get me wrong Dead Space is a fantastic game. This is just one of those games that comes out every once in a while that is way above the rest. If you liked Fable 2 than you would love this game. It crushes Fable.
I remember reading about this game a year or so ago and thinking that I wanted to get it but there's no way in hell I'm going to buy a new game anytime soon knowing that almost all of the next 2 months will be spent playing Gears.
What's the premise of this again? And what's the world like? Is it open but linear like Fable or just vastly open like Oblivion?
Vast isn't the word! But it is kinda like Oblivion. Not linear at all. Basically the game starts with you being born in a "Vault" underground in a post apocolyptic world. The world outside is a wasteland. This game is so big it is flat out intimidating in a way. I think someone said the world is 10 times larger than that of Oblivion.

GOW is a great game and I am sure 2 will be even better. For me though this type of game as with Oblivion is a far superior game when it comes to immersing you in a world.
I don't know. GOW 1 did a pretty good job of pulling ya in and so far everything about 2 seems to do that even more so. I'm impressed with F3 so far but I tend to enjoy games like Dead Space and GOW a touch more.

I'm sorry but that's a turn off for me. I understand why some people love games like Oblivion, but I'm not one of them. I like to have some linear progression like Fable or Zelda. Just my personal preferences.
Just come right back to me, and i'll turn you on again lover
