More than X-Men, not more than Iron Man. My problem is with the way X-Men are handled. First Class was great. I liked the idea of setting up a young and fresh team with no Wolverine. I didn't want Singer and his vision/direction/exploitation back and considering we're getting another Mystique and Magneto love story featuring Wolverine in Apocalypse I'd say I was completely correct.
No allegiance to Disney. And I don't need a trailer to know this isn't headed in the right direction. We have enough official info to know. The *******ization of villains has to stop. There hasn't been a solid comic book villain in the last dozen movies across all studios. Rejecting the source material and telling your actors to avoid it. Not to mention 2 awful previous FF movies from the same studio.
It isn't at all crazy to hate this kinda bs when we know damn well you can make the source material, not just work, but come out of nowhere and dominate like Guardians did. By comparison, Guardians is more obscure and unknown(yet similar sci-fi and team premise), embraced the source, and owned it.
Also, "found footage" movies suck most of the time.
