Is it true that they wear their classic costumes at the end of the film? If so, what do they look like and does the Thing wear pants?

No new suits, the movie ends with them in their containment suits.

Thing remains bucket naked.

Thing's voice is nothing like the trailers by the way, it's a lot deeper and more fitting.

:lol :lol

pturtle, what's your shirt size?

:lol

Large, I might actually get one of these :lol Fox messed up badly here.

Just got back a half hour ago from seeing the movie. And... I'll give you my full opinion in the morning. There's a lot to let out. So.... I'll let out on video. Review coming! :lol

You just lumped ME in with Trank apologists?

Um . . . No! (chillax!)

I don't know you.
I don't lump anyone with anyone else (unless you're talking about pure protoplasm, which all carbon-based life is. <Paging Seth Brundle>)

This is merely a PUBLIC forum.

A forum where geeks, nutjobs, thugs & jitterbugs gather (like moths to a flame) to express their (bless 'em) individual opinions.

And what is the consensus?
Is it the director's fault?
Is it the studio's?
Is it the intern's?

How about: YES!

It's EVERYBODY'S fault! Film is a collaborative medium.
These days it takes thousands of people and millions of dollars to deliver the product.
This FF was a shameless grab to extend the property rights. FOX couldn't care less about the source material.
Anyone who was stupid enough to believe otherwise deserves their fate.

Why?
Because here is how 21st Century Fox deals with their Pop Culture Properties:

I wonder if part of it is difficulty buying tickets.

Consumer: 2 tickets for Fantastic Four, please.
Cashier: I'm sorry, what?
Consumer: I said I would like 2 tickets for Fantastic Four.
Cashier: Only what's listed on the marquee, sir.
Consumer: It's right there, 7:30 showing for Fantastic Four.
Cashier: *looks, confused* Wait, do you mean Pixels? Or Fant 4 Tastic?
Consumer: *sigh* Just gimme tickets to the ****ing Adam Sandler movie.
Casheir: Right away, sir!

Fant4stic...

After re watching the trailers for this movie, it's incredible how many scenes were taken out. One scene that was heavily promoted showing Thing falling from the sky and landing on a car wasn't in the movie. Whoever edited the movie should never get another job.

That scene was in all of the tv spots :lol

Watching the trailer for the 1994 flick, looks like something that should have come out in 1982. :lol

The absence of a budget helped with that.

The Corman FF isn't as bad as you might expect. To be sure - it's bad. But it's got a bit of charm in that you can tell at least they're trying. Especially when you factor in that period of time - that this was something out of the ordinary for movies.

So again, it's a bad movie, but it's at least entertainingly bad. A lot of bad movies don't have the decency to do that.

Yea watching it now.

It was made about the same time as Batman Forever.

And BF just crushes it.

But has a bad movie fan, it's a fun watch. :lol
