He's pretty good, I like how he keeps some difficult shots, and the majority of his rebounds are textbook deflections to the sides, only one dangerous deflection to the center.

i was going to make one long post but i figured 4 posts were better :winner

I knew he saw a lot of action in that game, but seeing it all giffed up like that... what a solid performance. I'm sorry to see the US go. They really are a side of gentlemen, they're great ambassadors for the game. It's a pity that being a gentleman and a good sport doesn't win matches.

well the thread is dead right now so when I found the gifs I figured I would just show them. Yeah he was definitely the star or the game

For playing that useless garbage Bradley who did nothing the entire tournament.
He wasn't good by any stretch but I feel Klinsman made a lot of really good moves even with the roster. No one thought some of those young guys should have been on the team and they showed they belonged there when given the chance.

You gotta play with what you got, and I don't know about the Yanks' preparation and qualifying stages, but Bradley must've been putting in some solid turns. A coach can't just discard a player who's brought form to the stage. Sometimes that form deserts a player, which is a pity.

I could actually see why Bradley was chosen, he had good chops, he has wide vision, timing and very accurate passes, for moments that is, maybe someone who follows the MLS could tell me if he's good in the league.

Maybe it didn't pay off the way Klinsmann was expecting :dunno

BTW, anybody here plays? You know, amateur leagues and all that.

I actually just came back from a game, I also play a lot of street football and some 7vs7 whenever I have the chance.

I agree he made other moves that paid dividends, and he has been praised for them. But failing to recognize that Bradley gave us virtually nothing from the position for the entire tournament is mind boggling. I can't recall Bradley squaring up a single shot from the 18 at all, he was literally no threat at any point. Did he register a shot at all in any game? I honestly don't know. Also, having no replacement for Altidore and cutting the best scorer in US history are all glaring negatives imo.

If I can reach the ball from my couch I'll kick it as good as anyone around :)

My game back in the day was field hockey, but I played a handful of club games. I was a solid defender, but of course I really wanted to be a striker. Problem was I couldn't kick very hard or very straight, and my ******* coach told me those were two pretty much essential requirements.

:lol

That ****er, he killed your dreams of becoming the next Suarez :cuss

Yeah everybody want's to be a striker, myself I'm a decent midfielder, more attacking than defending, I wish I was more gracious in the defending aspects, it's such a pretty craft to be a defender.

I hope I can keep playing until I need a walker.
