I could actually see why Bradley was chosen, he had good chops, he has wide vision, timing and very accurate passes, for moments that is, maybe someone who follows the MLS could tell me if he's good in the league.

The USA and Mexico are always participant in Copa America. They are invited all the time.

As a matter of fact, the 2016 Copa America (special centenario edition) will be held in the USA.

USA won't be participating in the 2015 Copa America, Mexico and Jamaica were the two invitees to that tournament.

However as you said, the 2016 Copa America (special 100 year anniversary) will be held in the USA, with the US and 5 other CONCA-CAF nations participating in addition to the 10 CONMEBOL nations. Normally Copa America is held every four years, but 2016 marks the 100 year anniversary and so it's a special tournament.

I used to play till college, with work, there is no chance anymore. I have played in most positions in midfield, and defence. But my preference was Central Midfield, however I used to end up going back to defend most of the time, as most guys were overzealous about scoring goals leaving spaces at the back.
