True if I use football here is Aus most people don't think of the world game. We already use football or footy for 3 different sports as it is I have to use soccer or there is just waaaay too much confusion

Well, to be fair, what started as Football centuries ago didn't even resemble what is known as Football today, they used hands, feet, everything, and there were no rules, deaths occurred with frequency.

Handball is a team sport played on a pitch with two goals.
I think it's very popular in Germany but it is an Olympic sport.

Actually, that isn't really correct either. It isn't entirely a domestic league. Canada has some teams involved as well. Montreal Expos? Toronto Blue Jays?
